Seem like a good deal?
There is a destination charge on EVERY new car sold in the US. There is no way not to pay it, it shouldn't even be quoted as a separate line when dealing for a car
Bottom line if you are paying invoice - $1000 you are getting a good deal.
The $395 lease disposition fee is not paid when leasing the car, its paid at lease return. Hopefully when the first lease disposition leases start returning (its a fee that Infiniti didn't start charging until last year) they will waive it if you lease another Infiniti.

A dealer specific plan could be different.
$2000 & special financing rates (0% for 36, 1.9% for up to 66, 3.9 for 72)
& if you lease - there is $1000 available to the dealer that they can pass along if they choose.
And don't be surprise that the prorate amount is much less that you and I think it should be. This kind of pre-sale maintenance plan has a lot of commission builded in. When we purchase our car, the finance manager offer it to us at $1400 and I decline. And the prorate amount depend on what Infinitie receive after the sale commission, And a more interesting question is whether someone need the dealer to do an oil change? Last I check Walmart is doing oil change in our area for about $30..
Are the 2011 coupes worth it with the new front fascias and fog lights or should I look for a 2010 with the same packages. Got an online quote from a nearby dealership with the same color and packages that I was looking for and some dealership add ons for $41,650 plus fees, titles, and taxes, was told that this 2010 model with these packages was very rare and they had to trade for this car, but I thought this price was way overpriced and I declined.
Should I just wait for the 2011's to come in December and hope to get a good deal with it being December and all, or will I expect to have to pay thousands over invoice or even at MSRP with it being a new model? Thanks again.
It's possible to get at or close to invoice if you're willing to wait about 3 months.
rlbjr2 - try using truecar.com for your zipcode. You might find a better price. In fact, look at the price drskin negotiated for his "G", which was fantastic.
How is that possible? The invoice on that car is at least $38,600. Even with the $1,000 Conquest Cash, that only brings the dealer cost to $36,800. How did you get it for $700 below the dealers cost?
I checked Truecar and is did not have any local dealers near me but said that a "great" price was below $39,300. The dealer cost after deducting the $1,000 Conquest Cash is $37,000.
Sport pkg will sell out faster than a non-sport, so I doubt many dealers will get too desperate on models with the sport package.
I think you should get a 2011 IF you are not desperate for a vehicle, you could go to your local dealer and custom order one - they would probably agree to sell it to you for xxx amount over invoice - any incentives at the time it arrived which would be around the end of the year.
rlbjr2: It was Chantilly Infiniti in VA, the guy who helped me was very nice and his name was George.
The new coupes are probably going to look similar to that and/or the 2010 sedan models, but we'll see. Hopefully infiniti will start adding the $4500 off incentives and rebates for the 2010's and $1500 off for the new 2011 models around december, january, february time like they did last year. That's probably the time I'll start shopping. Thanks again for the info and advice.
Thanks
If the $1000 discount is real, you should be able to get 1K under invoice + TTL in most area.
Invoice is $41,150, Dealer cost $39,272. Truecar says a great deal is $41,300.
Any chance I can get this package for $40k when it comes out or is that not feasible?
If not, what should I shoot for? Thanks a lot guys
Any idea on what I should be aiming for (maybe $42k?) on this or how long it would take for the price to drop a bit?
Are they still doing $1000 dealer cash along with the special finance rates? Looking into getting a 2010 g37 coupe journey with premium, sport, and nav packages. Hopefully they still have the 3.9% for 72 months special finance rate. Saw pictures of the new 2011 coupes and hated the changes they made to the front. 2010's look better in my opinion.
2010 G sedan & coupe: $1000 & special rates (0%-36, 1.9%-60, 3.9%-72)
2010 G convertible: $2000 & special rates
$1000 Lease Loyalty or Conquest Rebate on sedan/coupe. (must lease, can't get both rebates)
2011 G25: special rates (0.9%-36, 2.9%-60, 3.9%-72)
2011 G37 sedan: $500 & special rates (same as G25)
2011 G37 coupe & convertible: not available yet
$1000 Loyalty Rebate for lease on 2011 G37 sedan.
Remember lease rebates do NOT mix with retail dealer cash. Hope this helps.
39 month lease, 12k miles
g37 convertible premium package, sport package, navi.
615 per month.
sales tax rolled into payment, walking out the door paying first months and 200 in license and doc fees.
thoughts?
I don't know much about the options on older ones and my main objective is finding something in a 2002 - 2005 AWD. Were they available as such and is there a good percentage of them from a production standpoint or will I be looking for a rare bird per all wheel drive?

One of the problems with the Phoenix area is that there is 4 Infiniti dealers here, but three of them are owned by the same company. The lone wolf is Coulter in Mesa. That being said I leased in August of 08 and paid factory invoice + $225 for dealer adds - $500 lease cash. In July of 09 I paid factory invoice - 1000 lease cash. Both times were at Scottsdale. Just go in a make them an offer of factory invoice - $1000 lease cash. They will take it or let you walk. If they let you walk don't be surprised if they call you back before you get home. Everyone is doing so much price shopping via email that I think some sales man are getting tired of wasting their time and not taking anyone seriously. If you are in front of them they know you are serious.
FYI on truecar.com a local dealer is selling G's for $1200 under invoice. That would include the $1000 lease/buy cash. The extra $200 is probably because they throw on dealer adds that are not included in the price. The new Infiniti on Camelback doesn't charge for dealer adds.
