    Diesel fell at the nearest Walmart to $2.14. It was $2.15.

    Regular is $1.89 at the station nearest me (it's down a nickel in the last week). The other stations range from a low of $1.85 to around $2.09, and some around $2.14.

    Paid $3.09 for premium at Chevron yesterday, SF north bay, later on I passed Safeway where premium is going for $2.69, hmmm...is the Chevron gas $0.40/gallon better?!

    Just paid $2.89 for RUG at Chevron. Weird thing is it has been exactly that price, to the penny, for like three months now at that station. I think that's the most stable gas price I have ever seen...

    Well, with the 76.4 cents we have in taxes on gas here in PA, and pump prices hanging at $2.59, I suppose I'm paying $1.826 for the GAS :)

    Can't recall what I paid, but diesel was a full 10 cents less than RUG at Chevron yesterday. Not bad.

    The Zipz Shell station about a mile from our house here in Grandview, MO, the childhood home of Harry Truman, regular unleaded ghastly is sitting at $2.09 a gallon.

    Sad part is your gas tax is a lot higher than CA. I think API listed PA at 76.60 cents a gallon. CA is 56.53 cents per gallon. Must be our CA Designer formulas?

    Yep, we are truly the Land of Taxes here. Just an historical tidbit... 10 cents of that gas tax total is a "temporary" one that was put on in 1994 because of all the snow we had that required more plowing. We were assured that it would be dropped once we got past Old Man Winter.

    I guess the state moved north of the Arctic Circle since "temporary" has stretched out to 23 years :o

    I raised my kids right... daughter #1, for no apparent reason, just texted me that she paid $2.54 in Wyomissing, PA (west Reading)

    We were rock solid in the $2.45-$2.49 range here for a looong time. Then Labor Day, the first Penn State home football game, and the effects of Harvey came together and we've jumped to $2.89

    Two more football weekends in a row here, so I don't anticipate any downward movement for a while

    I saw a .20 jump in the last two weeks, here in Denver. Hopefully will stabilize at that level, then slowly decrease.

    We've slipped slowly back to $2.75 with Sam's Club running at $2.55

    Hurricane is starting to get farther back in the rearview isn't it? :)

    $2.30 near me, close to the $2.20 or so it averaged before the storms. It peaked at about $2.70.
