Hello, I'm looking to lease a 2015 NX and was looking for the MF and residual for a 200t AWD 3 years/15,000 miles here in NYC, and if there really are any incentives for August 2015. Thanks in advance!

Maybe you guys can explain this.

I was told the reason we needed to put money down was because i ran a credit check with 1 other dealer. Toyota finance can't pick and choose favorites to which dealer will get the better finance. I ran my credit twice already at 2 Lexus dealers. I'm in contact with a 3rd Lexus dealer and told them my situation. They are giving me confidence that they will make it work. I'm not sure if i believe them. If i run my credit with them (Which will be my 3rd check) will my payment be lowered even more?

We have no way of knowing what is going on with the finance department.

I would tell them that you are bringing the car back, if they can't keep the original agreement. Then, do it.

Is Lexus offering the 7k/year lease deals? If so what's the MF (still .00115?) and residual for a 36mo/21k lease (NX200T)?

Lexus does offer a 7500 miles per year lease option. For 36 months, the residual would be 64%.

The MF stays the same at .00115.

We had structured a very good deal in South Florida for an NX200T due to the tremendous usefulness of this site but ultimately we walked away from the deal. We walked because we're a family of 4 and just felt this car might be too small. Back seat seems more like a 2 seater than a 3 seater. Cargo space also small due to the angular back door when closed. We did fight for the below deal and as I understand it, it was well below invoice. They offered us the following:

$40,403 MSRP
$800 down including 1st month payment
33 months w/ 32 remaining after down payment
$349 per month including 6% sales tax
No Nav, but fairly well equipped w/ blind spot detection, backup camera, parking assist, sunroof, heated / ventilated seats.....

Can you tell me when the September lease rates/residual are available for a 36 month lease with 15k miles/yr? Looking at the '15 NX 200t F Sport and located in Florida. I have excellent credit.

If there are any lease incentives (for other terms) I would appreciate you letting me know that as well.

I'm looking at a Nx200T awd with a high 47k msrp. I'm in western PA (Pittsburgh)....Anyone know what my regional MF is , as well as a residual value for both a 36mo term at 10k per year and a 36mo term at 15k a year. I'm going to start negotiating a deal on a leave soon. Thanks!

They've expired. New September numbers are .00130 and 63% for 36/10.

No complimentary first payment.

I live in a smaller city - one lexus dealer. I got the following quote, which is bananas, not sure how to approach them and tell them so.

200t FWD, navigation, not F sport.
36/15k
MSRP: 42,906
Selling price: $41,706
residual: $25,510.80

I may tag, tax, and first payment up front ($2104.40)

They're quoting $629.10 per month. which appears to be around 6% interest from what I can make of it...residual looks right (60%). This is completely off, right?
Of course they keep their quote free of MF or interest rate info.

I'm emailing dealers in the nearest large cities as well, but those are 4 hours away and I would prefer to stay local.

Does your upfront money cover all tax obligations? If so, and the CAP cost is the same as the selling price, I get $531/mo.

But, that residual doesn't match the MSRP. To get that residual, the MSRP would have to be $42,518. So, not looking like a very good deal on any front. Don't see where the $700 acq.fee is, though.. .unless it's in the drive-off amount.

Our tax rate is 3.25%. They added $388 in dealer installed options, so the total price is actually $42,906. $1200 discount gives sale price of $41,706. $1355.45 in taxes. I got a response from the salesman that "Interest rate on the Nx200 is currently 5.25%", but even then I don't quite get to $629.10 so they're rolling in the acquisition fee somewhere else I guess.

My out of town dealer came through.  F-Sport, sticker $43,858, $2000 discount, plus $700 acquisition fee, winds up at $42,858.  I pay tag and taxes out of my own pocket.  Payment winds up around $540 for 36/15k, which I calculate around 3.12% when running it backwards.  There may be a little more room in the discount if I push, but I wouldn't feel nearly as beat up on this deal.
