2) I don't think it can hurt to wait. Advertised lease payments dropped by $20/mo. from October to November. They may not get better in December, but they might.

Yes.. 24/10 residual is 71%, but the money factor is .00115 for November.

We only have money factor: .00155

No residuals, yet.. doubtful there are any incentives on this model.

Any strong argument for not putting down MSD's? Obviously you have to have the cash available but with the low returns out there on savings it seems like a good investment to reduce interest payments over the life of the lease. I estimate for $4500 of MSD's I can save $1835 over a 3 year lease. That's a 14% per year return on my investment. That seems pretty good in today's world.

No.. there is no strong argument against MSDs. It's a good deal, no matter how you slice it.

Thanks, what would you do in a situation where the dealers numbers aren't matching with what any online calculator states (and they verify the MF, Residual, MSRP and sales price). It's a difference of $36 per month, so not just rounding. Any ideas on what else could be different?

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and compare that to the selling price. Likely to be something else you are paying for that you don't know about. (acquisition fee?)

No.. mileage allowance doesn't affect the money factor.
