I would like to lease a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK-350 in December.
Can you please provide the money factor and residual value for December?
I am interested in a 24 or 36 month lease with 7,500 miles per year.
I have a top-tier credit rating.

New December numbers won't be out until December 2nd.. It will be later than that, before we know them.

No.. when we list money factors, those are subvented (subsidized). The standard money factor is the non-subsidized one... Mercedes standard money factor is around .0020

Thanks for the numbers. Winter event appears limited this year with cash available only on certain vehicles. I know the E class, C class, M class, GL class, and even S class have money available. I have not seen any on the GLK. Can one use auto pay for the money factor of .00143?

I believe you can ... would reduce the MF to .00133.

What is the selling price?

Current numbers for the GLK350 are .00139 and 58% for 36/10.

How does the $1000 break down? First payment and fees?

Haven't gone into dealership to negotiate price yet. This was a text from my salesman today. $1000 out of pocket includes 1st month penny and fees.  He told me that the payment could go down $27 for every $1000 I pay out of pocket.  What are your thoughts?

Your dealer is correct on the effect of the down payment. However, we do not recommend doing so - if the car is stolen or totaled, you are out that money.

And, your total cost isn't reduced, just shifted around.

Really need to know the selling price and CAP cost.. At this point, it looks reasonable.

The part about the payment going down? That's just math... more paid upfront equals a lower payment, but it doesn't make your total outlay any different.

Selling price $40,050 (4,700 discount). Cap cost $40,118.34

payment would be $540 with $1000 out of pocket...and this is 12k miles per year at 57% residual.

if I go 10k per year...its 58% residual...and $499 per month.

At that MSRP and CAP cost, I get $497/mo. + tax. for 36mo, 12K/yr

Going with 10K/yr adds 1% to the residual, but that only drops the payment by $12/mo. Not sure why they would show a $40/mo. difference for just 1% of residual.

I don't know your state or tax rate, but if tax is around 8%, it's a very fair deal.

Great price. I initially was going to lease the GLK with MRSP at 48,480. Unfortunately there was no winter cash available and the dealer was not giving an extra incentives to move tthe GLK. Good luck and enjoy. Happy holidays.

No incentives, except for a "pull-ahead" program for current lessees

By the way, this MF for GLK with autopay or it could be lower with autopay setup? For example, I asked the dealer earlier for GLA MF, they told me it's .00165 but you guys wrote .00155. Then he mentioned with autopay setup, it's .00155.
