I put a deposit down on a 325 xi last week with an understanding that the MSRP of the base car is $32,800. The sales person gave me a print out of the Vehicle Inquiry he did online after placing the order. The MSRP shown on the Vehicle Inquiry is $32,200 for the car (325xi, model code 0647). Does anybody know why is there a difference? Has there been a change in the MSRP recently?

Effective on all vehicles arriving at dealerships 9/1/2005 or later have higher pricing (on average, about 1.5% higher, depending on car and equipment). If you ordered a car prior to 7/20/2005, you could lock in the old pricing even if the car arrives after 9/1/2005. Maybe a discrepency there? Are destination charges included in the lower price? Ask your salesperson for the price breakdown.....

Interesting. Couldn't seem to get a straight answer from the dealer about either EM or EW but in either case the dealer seems non-plused about it -- not pushing it at all.

6/100 from date of purchase really means a 2 year/50,000 mile extension, then. Not worth it, I don't think.

Anyway, the car arrived today! Wheeeee!
  • timnytimny Member Posts: 142
The X3 came in over the weekend -- awesome. And the 330 arrived today. Not quite as ordered -- wood trim instead of aluminum -- but I think that was fortunate, because I suspect the wood will make the car more sellable down the road.

I had the housing for the rain sensor land on my lap as I was driving off of the lot ... not ideal! But the car's sweet, I must say. And they threw in all-season mats, trunk-tray.

    How are you doing?

i know that the 2005 bmw;s had alot of rebates on them... but then the new convertible shape isnt in so i dont know how good the deals were on the used ones.

typically bmw hold;s their value well, so you could go in and get a good deal on a new one ?

I am getting pretty close to buying a 325i. I think I am going to get it for about $800 over invoice (auto, prem, nav). Is that a pretty good deal?

Also, I know a few thousand dollars is added on after you lock in your purchase price. Of these things what is negotiable and what is not. Obviously, I tax and reg is not. But what about destination fees? What other fees should I expect?

    Thanks
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
Enjoy your cars! You're taking it very well that they screwed up the trim on your order. That would drive me absolutely nuts after custom ordering a car to my specs and waiting 6 weeks for it to come in.

Tomorrow is my big day. I'm hoping that they got my order right and that they throw in some mats. Weather will be nice. I hope that I can keep it under 100 driving home on 684.
  • timnytimny Member Posts: 142
Yeah, well ... I thought about making a stink and seeing if I could claw out a few hundred bucks. But I've been thinking lately that, as much as I like the aluminum, resale with the wood probably is better -- wood appeals to the North American market, so I've read, much more than in Europe. The aluminum would have looked nice, though.

They've been really rushed there. I didn't even get through the orientation with my agent, since it was taking too long. (Have to go back Tuesday to get my real plates; right now I am riding around on dealer plates). Anyway, given how rushed they are, be sure to go over everything and make sure it's all there. My car didn't have a manual, for instance. Oh ... and did you know the glove compartment is so small that the manual doesn't fit?? haha

Anyway, enjoy! Let's compare notes on the experience. (What's the right break-in period, by the way??)
  • timnytimny Member Posts: 142
Sometimes dealers talk about advertising fees. There's also a conveyance fee in many states.

You can try backing into a price (total) and let them figure out the details.
  • timnytimny Member Posts: 142
To be more specific, here's fees you can expect:

    - license, title, registation (est. $150)
    - Doc fee (est. $275)
    - Destination/handling (est. $675)
    - Conveyance fee (in CT, $275)
    - Reg/Lien ($175)

Anyone have comments about the break-in period for the new 2006 330?

    I've variously been told:
    - vary speed substantially for first 500miles
    - don't exceed 55 for the first 1000miles
    - don't exceed 65 for the first 1000miles
    - don't exceed 70 for the first 3000miles
    - don't exceed 100 (like that happens a lot) for the first 3000miles

So which (if any) is it?
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
Thanks for the heads up. My CA is off on Fridays. So he's got someone covering for him to make my delivery tomorrow. Could be a rush job since this guy's not getting anything out of it.

I've heard the break-in is 1,200 miles for the engine, and just a few hundred miles for the brakes. I will ask my delivery person. I'm going to tell my wife that the satellite radio also has a break-in period - no Howard Stern until January!

I'm look forward to a long weekend with the new car in nice weather. I look forward to comparing first impressions with you.

I had a bit of bad luck with my G35. First problem in 3 years. Less than 1 week before I'm returning the car the shift lock broke. Couldn't get it out of park without a screwdriver. The good news is that it was still a few hundred miles within the warranty (60,000 with Infiniti). I was inconvenienced to bring the car in for warranty service just 2 days before I return it to Chase, BUT at least I didn't have to pay anything. If it was a Bimmer over 50,000, . . .

    Got it. Thanks.

So of the fees you listed, which ones can you do away with or negotiate on? Or is there any 1 specific fee that is totally ridiculous and people always leave out of their deals?
  • kyfdxkyfdx Moderator Posts: 267,274
If you are still at the negotiation stage... Your final negotiated price should include everything that isn't a government charge.. And.. you should make it clear to the opposite side, that that is your expectation...

For example... Your car has an MSRP of $36K incl. destination..

You offer $34K, and they accept..

    Your total price:
    $34K + sales tax + state registration/title/license fees..

AD fees? Nope... you negotiated the total price
    Dest. fees? Nope.. ditto
    Conveyance fee? Nope.. ditto
Doc fee? Nope... ditto (though I usually let $50 or less slide)
Training fee? well... you get the idea..

Remember.... any amount that doesn't go to a government agency is going to the dealer... and is part of the price.. If you negotiate $34K, but then they add $700 in dealer fees, then you really paid $34,700..

Fees are okay, if they disclose them ahead of time... that way, you can factor them into your offer.. and reduce it accordingly.. The final price is what matters.

This is addressed in your manual. I'm not sure if there are more colloquial takes on break-in, but straight from the manual:

    Break-in period
Moving parts need breaking-in time to adjust to
each other. Please follow the instructions below
in order to achieve the optimal service life and
economy of operation for your vehicle.

    Engine and differential
    Up to 1,250 miles/2,000 km:
Attempt to vary both engine and vehicle
speeds, but refrain from exceeding an engine
speed of 4,500 rpm or a driving speed of
    100 mph or 160 km/h.
Always obey all official speed limits.
Avoid full-throttle operation and use of the
    transmission's kick-down mode.
Once you have driven 1,250 miles/2,000 km,
the engine and vehicle speeds can be gradually
    increased.

    Tires
Due to technical factors associated with their
manufacture, tires do not achieve their full traction
potential until after an initial break-in
period. Therefore, drive reservedly during the
    first 200 miles/300 km.

    Brake system
Brakes require an initial break-in period of
approx. 300 miles/500 km to achieve optimized
contact and wear patterns between brake pads
and rotors. Drive with caution during this breakin
    period.

    Clutch
The function of the clutch reaches its optimal
level only after a distance driven of approx.
    300 miles/500 km. During this break-in period,
    engage the clutch gently.

I know that bimmers hold their values, but if they are discounting new ones that has to have an effect on the price of used ones

why the heck would anyone spend the same for a one-year old bimmer with 10k miles as they would for a one-year old bimmer with no miles on it?

I ordered the car on 8/24/05. It's not the destination charge of $695 - that has been charged separately. I checked with the Salesperson - he did acknowledge the difference in MSRP, and said will reduce the Sale price proportionately, but wants for the car to arrive and check the sticker. But, I think at that point the deposit becomes non-refundable (is that true?), and I may be at a disadvantage. To avoid confusion, I'm thinking of going back and getting all the numbers on the Purchase agreement, but I want do want to verify the validity of the $32,200 MSRP pricing of the base car. Is anybody else in a similar situation? Thanks!
  • saigonboi21saigonboi21 Member Posts: 150
i was just thinking- it says UP TO 1250 miles. Could that mean that you might not even have to have a break-in period?? IT doesnt say AT LEAST or MUST. So can we just drive it conservatively for maybe only 200 or 300 miles?? Just some thoughts...

I see the base MSRP of the 2006 330i has increased from 36,300 to 36,600 as of 9/1/05 on bmw's site.

Can anyone tell me what the previous and new invoice price is?

I always had very good impression on BMWs, but everything changed since I actually bought one. On an unfortunate day I bought a used 99 BMW 323i with 70K miles, got it inspected by a BMW dealer who said "This car is really good, buy it". At that time I didn’t realize why he said that, until I stared paying almost $1000/- every month to him on some trashy problems keep on occurring. Worst part is it has no warranty on it. It started running sluggish, CHECK ENGINE light keep coming and dealer has been fixing some thing or other every time it comes on and still it comes almost every 2 weeks with a new problem. Now I'm going to Trade-In that for a much reliable Japanese Luxury car which I once had. Long term quality and reliability must be improved. Anyway I am not going buy another BMW in my life. And I will tell the same thing to anyone who asks about a BMW. :lemon:

The new base invoice is $33,485...

The previous base invoice was $33,215...

Both of these prices do not include destination..

Thanks. What do you calculate as invoice price for 330i stock + metallic paint + heated seats + comfort access. I get $35,520 (inc. destination), but dealers are telling me $35,450. What am I missing?
  • kyfdxkyfdx Moderator Posts: 267,274
    $33,485 base price
    $430 metallic paint
    $455 heated seats
    $455 comfort access
    $695 destination fee

$35,520 is what I get also..

I'm not sure why they are off $70... Possibly just bad math.. ;)

Or, they may be leaving off destination, and adding in advertising fees and some other things... If you are negotiating from invoice up, fees tend to come out of the woodwork..

Took delivery of my 330i on Friday. And I'm lovin' it.

My order came in right, aluminum trim and all. They threw in floor mats and didn't even mention it. My CA had failed to activate my services with BMW Assist and Sirius. A stand-in CA hadling my delivery was able to activate the BMW Assist but not the satellite radio. I've been chasing my CA to no avail. I hope they're open tomorrow on Labor Day. According to Sirius, I need to get some sort of account number from the dealer. I'll get it going soon.

I will write more detailed impressions in the days ahead, but for now suffice it to say that this is the most instantly comfortable car I ever had. The driving position is absolutely outstanding.

I'm trying to negotiate a deal for an 05 325 convt. Dealer quoted $41620 incl. all my options (msrp $44,620). In my area a $250 - off internet coupon is being offered and I'm trying to get rid of dealer fee $389 for another $639 off. Does this sound like a descent deal? Thanks for your input.

    David

They are wrong, you need to activate the Sirius radio which is very easy!
Call Sirius from your car, Go to Entertainment & sellect "SAT".
There should be a long set of numbers that u read off to Sirius rep.
Within mins. you will have your Sirius radio up & running!

Note: u have 1 free year & can upgrade longer if u want to?
I personally went with "LIfetime" which usually is one time fee of $500.00.
They will accept $143.00 for your free year & you will pay $357.00 for lifetime.

Oh wait: maybe u might need to have dealer do this, if u don't have Nav screen?
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
    Barry,

    Thanks for trying to help.

While I don't have navi, I can use my radio controls to go to SIRIUS and select SAT. But when I hold SAT for a few seconds, I get Sirius' toll free tele number on my radio screen instead of the number they need to activiate me. The Sirius tele rep told me that (1) the dealer should have taken care of the activiation for me prior to delivery and (2) since I can't seem to get the so-called ESN number by pressing SAT, I will need to get the number from the dealer. I hope to get this straightened out today, if the dealer is open on Labor Day.

That sounds like a great price... If you can get the dealer fee removed, then you'll have a $3K off MSRP deal.. Almost unheard of on a convertible, even this late into the year..

    David -

Pretty sure we are dealing with the same person. My SIRIUS isn't "in" yet -- back ordered (??). I received the all-weather mats free, but didn't get the carpet mats (have to follow-up on that one!). Also awaiting a cargo-liner.

Did your car come with an emergency road-side kits (looks like an over-sized fanny pack?). I see it in promotional materials, but didn't receive one when I picked up my car. Again, my agent was rushed and so we didn't go through everything, yet. e.g. - the manual was missing in the car, so I had to have them scrounge around to find one. (Speaking of which, does your manual even fit in your glove-box???).

Fianlly - one question. When you set the alarm, the red light under the rear-view mirror should flash, no?

Car rides like a dream, though.
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
    Tim,

I'm loving it. Put on 200+ miles over the long weekend, just by taking a lot of short drives here and there. I had it up to the 80s on the highway. It was so quiet and so smooth, that speed feels less than what it is. If I was riding in the car blindfolded, I would say that 80 felt like 55 or 60. It was hard for me to part with the car today, back to the reality of my wife dropping me off at the train station and watching her drive away. Living for the weekend, now more than ever.

My Sirius was factory installed. The problem in my case is that the dealership didn't activate it prior to delivery or even at delivery. The CA told me to call Sirius to activate it. But Sirius couldn't do the activation for me because we couldn't access some 12-digit ESN number they need in order to do the activation. I have to get the number from my CA, who is off again today. The Sirius rep said that in the case of new cars the dealer should take care of the activation and make sure that everything is OK before delivering the car to the customer. She said that most dealers do this. For whatever reason our dealer didn't take care of this for me, which has caused me some inconvenience.

They gave me the carpet mats for free, without ever mentioning it. No additional winter mats in my case. I'll have to buy those at some point. I'm not sure what you mean by cargo-liner. My trunk has thin carpeting. Is that what you mean, or are you talking about something plush?

My car came with a tool kit in the trunk. No fanny pack. I'm not sure about an emeergency roadside kit. Where should it be located?

I got a full set of manuals. There is not only the owner's manual, but like a dozen other pamphlets (atlas, radio, etc.). They gave me a nice leather case for the pamphlets. But the case does not easily fit in the glove compartment. Indeed, it will not fit at all if you stuff it with all of the pamphlets. The problem is that it has a stiff notebook-like side to it. Anyway, I put the owner's manual and some of the more useful pamphlets in the glove compartment, loose. I put the other things in the leather case in the trunk. It sits nicely in that space on the right side above the tool kit.

My understanding is that the light under the rearview mirror should flash, but only when the car is locked, which is what activates the alarm. I haven't seen it yet on my car because I haven't had the car out at night in a situation where I would park it and lock it.
  • saigonboi21saigonboi21 Member Posts: 150
is there supposed to be an emergency kit/first-aid kit??? cus i didnt get one either.
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
Another problem I have is that they dated my lease Aug 31 although I took delivery on Sep 2. This backdating of the lease agreement not only shorts me a couple of days on the back-end (a $40 value), but it also causes me to make 2 payments this month - first payment at inception on Sep 2 and second payment as per the terms of the lease agreement on Sep 30. I questioned the stand-in CA about this upon delivery. He said that it had to be done that way in order to assure that I got the benefit of the August lease program. I don't think so. Since the August lease program on this car was extended through Sep (and October too, I have been told), I suspect that they backdated my lease for the self-serving purpose of padding their August sales. Now that I have signed the lease and taken delivery, I am not sure how to proceed in order to avoid having to make a double car payment in any one month.

Any insight or suggestions from the host and/or other knowledgeable lurkers would be appreciated.
  • kyfdxkyfdx Moderator Posts: 267,274
I'd say your CA is telling you the truth...

Also, lease payments aren't always on the 1st of the month, like a mortgage... They always fall on the same day of the month.. So, it isn't like you have to pay the second payment a month ahead... just two days ahead..

They may have locked you in on August 31st, to make sure you got the August lease deal, in case it got worse in September... Once they show the car sold in August, they may not be able to re-do it for September...

The dealers don't find out about the new lease programs ahead of time.. I don't think you'd be upset, if the lease deals had gotten worse in September.

Thanks for your quick reply kyfdx.

Maybe I misunderstood my circumstances, but I was under the impression (through discussions with my CA) that I was in a no lose situation. I thought I had a lock on the August lease program with an option on the September lease program. So if the lease program changed for the better, I'd benefit from the change; whereas if the lease program changed for the worse, it would not affect me at all.

Also, my CA had told me on or about Aug 22 that BMWFS had announced that the leasing program on the 330i would remain the same in Sep. Although dealers do not usually find out about the new lease programs ahead of time, it seems that they did in the case of Sep '05. Accordingly, my dealership should have known that it would make no difference, in terms of the lease programs, to date the lease Sep 2 (actual delivery date) instead of Aug 31.

Finally, my CA had been begging me to take delivery at the end of Aug rather than the beginning of Sep. I ultimately refused because (1) I didn't want to make a double car payment in Aug - the last payment on my previous car and the first payment on my new car, and (2) I wanted to take off a Friday in order to have a long weekend with my new car.

All this makes me think that they dated the lease Aug 31 with the dealership's best interests in mind (to pad their August sales numbers) rather than with my best interests in mind.

I appreciate that I am not being asked to make an extra payment. Whacky payment schedule aside, the total number of payments will still be 36 in the end. I also appreciate the view that having to make the second payment a couple of days head is not a big deal. But from a cash flow point of view, it bothers me to have to make the first two payments in the same calendar month - Sep '05. These are "monthly" payments that we are talking about. It therefore does not set well with me that I would have to make two monthly payments in the same calendar month. By taking delivery on Sep 2 and making my first monthly payment on Sep 2, my expectation was that my subsequent payments would be due on the 2nd day of each subsequent calendar month, which would have been fine by me.

Anyway I'm not sure what, if anything, I can do about this now. Perhaps the only remedy, if feasible for the dealership, would be to rip up the Aug 31 lease and replace it with a Sep 2 lease. Whacky payment schedule aside, the reality is that am being shorted a couple of days on my 3 year lease without any prorated reduction of the monthly payment in the first or final month. I'm not getting the full benefit of my bargain.

    Regards,

    David D

Carpet mats should come with it. In my case, they did -- or were supposed to (weren't there upon arrival). But the all-season mats and trunk cargo liner (a rubber mat for teh trunk basically) were "thrown in" since I was inconvenienced somewhat. My agent's out today, too ... hmmm! But I'll have to follow up with him

I've locked the car at night but haven't seen that red light blink. I guess I am worried the alarm isn't setting -- all the other cars I've owned (recently) have a red light somewhere in the dash area that blinks repeatedly when the alarm's on. Perhaps I should read the manual !!

I agree that the ride's sweet. Too bad I-95 doesn't do it justice ... nor does waiting at the train to pick up my wife (we're reversed there!).
  • davidd3davidd3 Member Posts: 582
Oh, then actually I did not receive any "gifts" at all.

Eventually you will be able to enjoy listening to your satellite radio while waiting at the train to pick up your wife. My initial impression is that the stereo system in the 330i is very good. I can crank up the volume on the radio stations fairly high without distortion. Sirius (when I get it going) and CDs (when I try them) should be even better. I haven't noticed any volume info in the radio display to let me know how relatively high or low the volume is.

I am in the market for a 3 year/12k miles lease on a 2006 330i with Auto, Premium, and Cold Weather. The info in these forums has been invaluable for my initial negotiations with dealers in my area (Minneapolis) and I don't know what I would have done without you all. A big THANK YOU in advance to everyone who contributes here. I look forward to passing on the details of my deal once I close.

My question is to do with the September Lease program. What is the base Money Factor and Residual in my case? I have been quoted .0028 and 62% by one dealer and .00254 and 57% by another. Also how much off MSRP can I expect to get given that there are only two dealers in the Twin Cities area?
  • gruntgrunt Member Posts: 6
I placed an order back in July for a 2005 330CI performance package, manual transmission, premium, heated seats, and rear sunshade. I was told by the internet sales department that he would submit the lease at the end of July and lock in the lease offer with BMW for 60 days. The MSRP of the car was 46,045.00. The dealer was taking $2,100.00 off of the MSRP. The selling price would be $43,945.00. At the time I was quoted a lease payment of $516.00 a month with $5,000.00 down for a 36 month lease with 12K a year for miles. At the time the money factor to the best of my knowlegede was equal to 3.2 %.

I spoke with the dealership yesterday and the lease paperwork had not been submitted but he told me that BMW has incentive money on the vehicle which will lower the selling price of the vehicle to $39,920.00. The lease rates have changed for Sept. for the 330CI and the money factor has increased to 7.5 %. My lease payment has gone down to $514.00. I am now considering purchasing the car instead of leasing due to the selling price.

    Hi guys,

I am just negotiating with the dealer about a new 2006 bmw 325i.

the msrp is 36,000( this is the price before Sep.1, which should have risen by $600 after Sep.1. ), and the invoice is 33,030 ( also should have risen by $546).
NOw the dealer can give me a $1,500 discount.

Is it a good deal? If not, what number is a good number for me?

    Thanks!!!

I received an offer for $500 over invoice. Anyone get a better deal than this? I'm assuming an at invoice price is very possible, but not sure where to look yet..

The problem I've run into is that several dealers around here (Bay Area) are owned by Auto Nation. I would email two different dealers and the one further away would refer me back to the one closest to me (since they are sister dealerships) -- this makes it much harder to negotiate between dealers.

Any suggestions as to how a better deal can be found?

Which dealers are you working with?
The dealer referring you back to the local dealer sounds like an anti-trust violation.
Essentially what they are saying is that they control the market here.

BTW, the $500 over invoice on a 2006 3 series is an awesom deal. Do you have a trade in or a lease they are padding up?

Well, even if you didn't you scored a good deal. At least your car came with an alarm! Imagine my surprise upon learning today mine doesn't have one (not an acoustic alarm, anyway). So I leaned on them a little and they've agreed -- in principle at least -- to give me one. I did learn I have fold-down rear seats (something I didn't pay for!). Woo Hoo!

The saga continues .... I am no longer driving around on dealer plates, but I still am awaiting the SIRIUS install, my trunk liner, my emergency road-side kits (did they come with your car), and now an ALARM. For the price we pay, these inconveniences shouldn't be.

The stereo on the 330 is good ... it's the upgrade, I think.

Put my first scrape on the car ... underside of the front bumber, when I got too close to a curb!

Sounds like a great deal ... sure it's the final price, or is this before the various fees, etc.

I echo your sentiments about those inconveniences. Now get this. My 330i is celebrating its one week anniversary with a visit to the service center. The adaptive headlights, which worked at first, are now malfunctioning. Sirius is still not activated. NYS inspection sticker is needed. So I'm having my wife bring the car in to let them resolve everything.

I haven't tested my alarm yet. I'm going to check it now.

    Sorry about your scrape.

Scrape's only "visible" to me ... but I appreciate your sentiments!

Can't believe the adaptive headlights are malfunctioning!! I hear that these are only installed once they arrive at the dealership, so it stands to reason that if the dealership was rushed to get your car out of the door, something was left undone.

How did (do) you know the lights were malfunctioning?

BMW-Greenwich won't be able to do the inspection for you -- they tried for me, but no-go. You'll have to do it at a location in NYS. Should only take a few minutes.

Let the sales agent know that you've not yet submitted an evaluation of his performance (BMW will call you or send you a survey) and that if he wants "5"s he has to make it right!

When the adaptive feature of the headlights fails there are 2 indicators that let you know about it. The green light blinks - the one to the left of the headlight controls. And a warning symbol appears in the computer info display behind the steering wheel. Also, I could tell that they were not working while driving at night.

I finished reading the owner's manual tonight. I am also wondering about my alarm. I lock the car using the remote and the clown nose does not blink. My car also did not come with an emergency kit, but it is not clear to me that it should. It is one of those * items in the owner's manual. Are you sure that we're supposed to have it? Which package does it come with, or is it standard on the 330?

Oddly, BMW of Greenwich's service center is located in NY (Portchester) even though their sales center is located in CT (Greenwich). So the service center does NYS inspections.

My CA is such a newbie. He's had some screwups, as you might expect. If I'm being honest, I would not give him 5s. But he's a real nice guy and I'd like to do my small part (even if I'm not being completely honest) to give him an opportunity to score some extra cash or whatever other benefits CAs derive from 5s. Today I received in the mail a thank you note and a small gift - a New 3 mousepad. I had admired the one on his desk and asked about getting one. Apparently it is not an official BMW accessory and was therefore difficult to obtain.

last Friday i got a flat tire 100 miles from home. Waited 2 hrs for Assist's tow truck. The guy didnt know how to hook it up so i drove the car to the dealer closest to home. Picked up the car on Tuesday. When i got home the freakin indicator was on. I checked and didnt see any nails- it was too dark to see. So i checked again next morning- no nails. I found out there was an air leak in the tire they replaced. There's a piece of crumbled up rubber sticking out where the Wheel meets the tire. So i had to have my car towed to that dealer again. Frankly im getting very tired of this. ONly had my car for 2 weeks. It's too much hassle just for ONE tire. The tow guy opened up that Square cap on the front of the vehicle and put some knicks on it- tiny knicks though. Oh and the service Advisor called me up today and told me i owe them $35 for the tire. Turned out that the Tire& Wheel warranty can get it for less. THe dealer marked it up so i have to pay the diff. I didnt though. Honestly this is the first BMW experience and i am getting furious. I know there's not pt in getting all pissy but i am. Maybe we can MAKE BMW put spares in their cars :(

BMW of Mtn View, Fremont, and Stevens Creek. Mtn View and Fremont are the sister dealerships that are owned by Auto Nation.

Any experience with them? Good / bad?
