MF is usually reset each month, while the residual values change less frequently. But, Honda reserves the right to change them whenever they want.

Folks are snapping up Civics left and right; while 108 LX sedans is a lot on 8/30, they could go quick and there may not be as many left by the end of next month.

No idea if what incentives will continue beyond the current expiration date of 9/7.

All lease numbers and incentives for Honda are valid until 9/7. After that, any of them could change.

Regarding lease cash and dealer cash, how can one determine if it has or has not been included in an offer?

If an MSRP is $20,110 for a base, and a dealer offers $18,800, am I just to assume that the $1200.00 lease and dealer cash have been deducted from the $20,110?

Because if they offer $18,800, and I say, "Okay, now we need to deduct the $200 lease cash and the $1000 dealer cash..." a dealer can simply say, "Yeah, that's already been deducted."

Or are incentives like lease cash and dealer cash actually listed as a line item on an offer?

It's all dealer cash... So, you won't see it listed or deducted. Assume that any offer or price you get has already included any incentives. So, make your offer accordingly.

You can ALWAYS get zero cash due at signing.

They just roll what would be a normal cap reduction and the fees into the payments.

No magic or anything special there!

With the 2016's soon to arrive and the residuals on the 2015's dropping witing for a 2016 might be a better lease...or not...I've heard the 2016's are going to be greatly redone and improved so you won't see and big price discounts on those!

So, if you happen to like the 2015's it might be smart to grab one now.

Yep, I'm aware that one can always arrange for a "0 downpayment" lease.

And I suppose with top-tier credit (which I have), one can always arrange for "0 security deposit," too.

And a couple months ago, I did the "0 first month's payment" calculations against making the first month's payment, and as you would suspect, the formula with the first month's payment rolled into the financing came out to be a worse deal...

So they're not doing anyone any favors by offering a "0 first month's payment."

There are two MF's offered by Honda .. one for a 'regular' lease, and another for a $0 due at signing lease which is .00010 less, to compensate for all the fees, etc. that you are adding to the net cap cost.

Current Civic LX numbers are .00022 (.00012 for $0 due at signing) and 64% / 58%. $1000 lease cash and $200 "bonus" lease cash this month.

I'm looking at either a 2015 Civic LX sedan or coupe and crunching the numbers for a 27 month lease. Does anyone have the lease money factor for Eastern Pennsylvania dealers Honda Financial services. I qualify for the loyalty $500 incentive (current Civic owners) as well as the $200 lease cash offer. I am trying to work in those numbers into the lease and I think I come up with $15820 on the coupe and $16307 on the sedan. Do these seem like good numbers to work from in calculating my sale price or should I push lower? thanks for the help in advance.

I forgot to mention the lease is 27 months with zero due at signing.

12K/yr adds 1% to the residual. It doesn't affect the money factor.

Yes. I did my lease calculations and came up with the $185 amount thereabouts and that's what I told them I wanted to pay monthly for the unit. I take it that's a good deal for me. Should I be wary of anything up their sleeves? Thanks.
