I am looking for the MF, RV, and Incentives for Honda Civic Sedan LX, SE, and EX in SoCal. Looking to get 12k/35mo. Is the Graduate Program still available?

Thank you for the helpful information @kyfdx ! I have been hounding these forums since April and am finally beginning to make my hunt. I've emailed a few dealerships in SoCal. Most quote me above $200 with an average of $1000 in drive off fees. 

This is has been the most enticing quote yet. May I please have your thoughts on this? Could the dealer be hiding something up their sleeve? All incentives are included:

12k/36 month lease

$0 drive off, $0 due at signing "No first month's payment collected at delivery"
$500 college grad rebate applied as down payment (on approval through HFS)
$190/month including tax
Residual value is $12,765.80
Money Factor (on approved credit): .00022

They could always be hiding something..

That looks pretty straightforward and achievable, given the lease program.

If that's what you want, go get it. You'll find out pretty quickly if the offer is legit. Turn down any and all extras.

Can I, please, get info on rebates / incentives - MF - etc ... post Nov. 2. I had local dealers fighting over pennies on a 2015 Civic EX over the weekend. Best deal went from $220/mo with only tags and 1st month due at signing to the whopping discount of $219/mo also only tags and first at signing. Dealers balked when I tried to push harder than that. Figure the 2016 are on the way and they want to lear out the 2015s pretty quickly once they arrive. Not in any real rush to buy.

The only difference from last month is they are giving the same residual for 39 months, as 36 months..

No 10K/yr allowances for Honda.

.00022 and 61% (24/12 on LX and EX) or 54% (36/12 om LX and EX). Subtract 1% for SE trim.

$1000 lease cash and $200 bonus cash.

Also if you could provide the different credit tiers.. car will be for my sister and not sure where she falls credit wise (hoping at least 700, but doesn't hurt to be prepared for a lower score).

At this point in the year I would think leasing a 2016 instead of a 2015 would make a lot more sense becaus of the residuals. Also the 2016's have some NICE improvements!

At the moment, the MF on the 2016's are much higher than on the outgoing 2015's, making them more attractive to lease.

At this point, I wouldn't think there are many 2015's left on the lots.

Agreed with the lower residual - but, we haven't seen the 2016 residuals yet to compare.

The closest Honda dealer to me still has 23 2015 Civics in stock.

Residual is 63% for either term.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have the money factors for the 2016 model.
