I believe the incentives stack - the lease cash is factory to dealer (they can pass along to the customer), while the customer cash is factory to customer.

I am getting 2015 Ford Edge SEL with MSRP $37,600 for $366 /mo all inclusive lease for 12k / 36 months in NJ. 

It includes $2,500 in rebates including $1,000 conquest. I guess the dealer is discounting the vehicle around $3,500 under MSRP. 

Since I am currently traveling and plan to pickup the vehicle in couple days, the dealer insisted to make a $366 deposit over phone. I gave him my credit card for payment, but we don't have any paper work yet. Just an email confirmation with VIN and $366 /mo deal. 

Is there anything I should be cautious about?

$366 includes 7% NJ state tax. I asked for true zero down quote with everything rolled in. I already made the $366 payment over phone, going to dealer tomorrow morning to do paper work. 

Can I get my deposit back if the dealer comes up with any last minute surprise?

We don't have any information on the Ford lease pull ahead program, but 90 days seems right. If that is the case, you would be on the hook for the 4th payment.

No money down, everything included. I had $1,500 lease cash incentive + $1,000 conquest rebate. 

You need to get around 10% discount, which is doable.

Does Ford still offer 27 month leases? I was quoted that on my last lease that was purchased in Nov 2014.

Dealers are starting to advertise these cars on their websites with $5k off MSRP plus rebates.
