Thanks Michaell. I am planning to pick one up this month. Probably will go during Thanksgiving week. I will share my experience and price once I pick one up.

Limited - .00022 and 55% for 36/15
Sport 2.0T - .00031 and 55% for 36/15
Both have $500 lease cash. Extra miles are charged at a rate of .10-.25 per mile.
We would need to know the MSRP and negotiated selling price of the cars in order to model a payment. $400/mo seems high for a Sonata, however.
Thanks. Now concentrating 2015 Sonata Limited with Ultimate package 18 K 36 months, dealer now says $389.00 Month - 1st payment and dmv only up front (all taxes and fees are in lease payment). MSRP 32,590.00 Selling : 29,413.00 Rebates etc: 1,500.00
Final cost: 27,913.00 MF: .00022 RV: 55% (same as you indicated for 36/15K) Tax: 8.625% (NY) Does this sound about right? Because RV not adjusted for 18K my payment numbers are lower.

Still missing something. If I add in the sales tax to the amount of depreciation, I get a net cap cost of $28,907.85. With the MSRP, MF and RV noted above, I get a payment of $315.40/mo for 36 months.
Any other fees being rolled into the lease? My guess is that the extra 9000 miles are being charged at .10-.25 per mile and subtracted from the residual value. That will add $25-60 to the payment.
Found a lease special for $129 with zero down on 2015 Sonata. Before I head to the dealer to check it out, could you guys give me some info I should look out for. Also what would be my taxes and fees for the Sonata mrsp $22,335. Just want to make sure that I will not get ripped off

That sounds unlikely.. get ready for the fine print.
No idea about taxes and fees, because we don't know where you live.
Michaell, as promised, I am back with my purchase info.
Just picked up my 2015 Sonata Limited today. So far I am very happy with it. I'd like to share my info just like everyone else did so others can be benefited.
2015 White Sonata Limited with Tech package (plus little stuffs like carpet…etc) MSRP $31125 Sales price $27475 (not including rebates) Rebate $2000 (toward down payment) Paid $500 drive off (including 1st month payment)
36 months lease/ 15k miles $290/month including tax (CA 9%)
The final monthly payment is a bit off using MF 0.00022 and RV 55% but not much (about $10-20). I am ok with it.
Here is my impression for 2 hours of owning it: 1. Back seat leg room is roomier than I expected 2. Handsfree setup is very smooth. Within seconds it downloaded all my iPhone 5S contacts. 3. Handsfree contact and song display actually show Chinese characters. This is a very pleasant surprise. Even my Lexus CT200 and BWM 3 series don't show characters other than English (it would show only space or a block for each character)
Still exploring it. I hope my post would help those that are looking for a Sonata.
Hi Deborah2020, I am in SoCal. I went to Glendora Hyundai close to 210/57
My strategy toward the negotiation is to do most of the research on pricing at home first (both forums and TrueCar). I basically went in and asked for 24500. Ended up with 25475 (after rebates). Originally they ok'ed at 24975 but I was told that leasing has $500 less rebate vs finance hence the $25475.
From what I learned online, I don't let them know whether I am leasing or financing. I have them present both numbers to me after setting the sales price. Of course they tried to bump up the monthly payment (slightly on finance and quite a lot on lease). The original monthly payment the manager presented me was around $330 plus tax for lease. This is when I lash out the 0.00022 MF and 55% RV. So finally the payment was set at $290 after tax.
The sales I dealt with was actually pretty cool. Not whole bunch of BS like others and not much haggling with the manager either. I stayed at the dealership for total about 2 hours. If you are looking for the same spec, you can probably just show them the same number and take the car home.
Hey Michaell. I have received an offer from one dealer for 2015 Sonata sport that has MSRP of $24,430 and invoice price listed as $23,501 for $19,000 OTD including tax and everything. Should I take this deal? I wish it had come with the premium package, but I guess this deal itself is really good to me. I want to know how you think about this deal. I was initially looking for SE with the popular package, but since Sport comes with the popular package as a base, why not choose this one over. And also, what is the difference between the SE model and the sport model? Thanks in advance.
Update: There was little bit of a catch in here as I thought APR for Hyundai was 0.9% nation wide and 0% for most of the dealers but this dealer is asking for 2.9% which is really high. He said that if I want to have 0% or 0.9%, then $1000 or $1500 rebate will be gone. So technically, with 0%, it is about $20,434 OTD and with 0.9%, it is $19,974. I still think it is a good deal however, it is not that great thinking about interest rate.
I am in NY also and am looking for the same Sonata as chasman6 but when i plug in the figures you gave into the edmunds lease calculator I don't get close to the $315 you suggested.
Am I doing something wrong in my entering of figures?

Usually, you can get either a rebate or the low financing, but not both. I'm not as familiar with purchase prices as I am with leasing terms - use the pricing tools at the top of the page to help figure out what a good price is.

I use my own home built lease calculator, so I can't comment on what the Edmunds calculator is showing you.

Thank you. I guess I should have asked if these are December numbers, as tomorrow is the 1st? also, are the other offers that total up to $2,000 cash not applicable to leases? There's $500 Holiday cash, $500 competitive cash, and $1,000 retail bonus cash, total $2,000.
Thanks again!

I would like to say I tried to work this exact same deal (same MRSP!) but my local dealer wouldn't go that low on price. They said they were "a couple hundred" below the invoice, but wouldn't say how low. I ended up walking (virtually as I was working via email), but thought I'd update that this was a great deal that I couldn't match in my market (North Texas). I also wasn't being offered $2000 in rebates, only $500 holiday cash. Good luck to the rest! I may try another local dealer when I feel up to starting all over.

Ok I didn't get quite as good a deal, but I picked up my Hyundai Limited with tech package (total msrp $31,125) tonight for $28,575 before $1,500 in rebates ($27,075 after applied rebates). I had a negative equity trade holding up this deal, but they were willing to keep plugging in numbers until we came to an agreement. I'm happy with my new lease and they're tinting windows for free tomorrow. Can't wait to take it home!

Hi. Could you please provide the December money factor and residual percentage for Rhode Island for the 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE (automatic) with 10K miles per year? Is there any lease cash available? Thank you.

.00060 and 61% for 36/12 (Hyundai does not support 10K leases). $500 lease cash.
Running the numbers, with a dealer invoice of $29,309 (and assuming the $500 lease cash off that, plus acq fee), looks like a $334/month payment with nothing down.
Hmmm - higher than I expected, but may be worth a trip into the dealership to see if we can hit them on a good day and get a deal like Stickguy's.
Comments
Does the Mobility $1000 and $500 competitive rebate apply when I do lease?
If so, it would be total $2000 with lease cash back?
Thanks!
The mobility and competitive incentives should stack with the lease cash, so I agree $2000 total.
