Hi Guys. Got a 2015 Sonata lease 2015 sport 2.4L standard options for $249. 
Under itemization of gross capitalized cost I have:
Agreed upon value of the vehicle $22110.
Lease wear care 1199
Maintenance 699
Total gross capitalized cost 24603.
All this after 2000 money down brings the monthly cost to $249.95. My queston if i ask to remove the lease wear care and the maintenance will this adjust my gross capitalized cost back to the agreed value and lower my monthly payments?  (I signed the lease on Sunday) or I can't touch those since they are added under itemization of gross capitalized cost? (There is a separate contract for each of those saying I have 60 day to cancel I just don't know if that applys since this afects the grossed cap cost.

I believe if you remove those items the contract will have to be rewritten and your lease payment should go down accordingly.

We don't recommend the $3500 cash down - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. That's almost $100/mo on a 36 month lease. No way should you be paying $380/mo for a Sonata.

With the MSRP and selling price you've given me, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $279.99 - if the cap cost includes the $3500 down, that's not a good deal.

Use the pricing tools at the top of the page (make / model / year) to determine a good target price before the incentives. You should be able to get around $300/mo without having to put so much down.
