Dear Mod,

On April 5, the moderator had mentioned 0.00178 MF for 2015 AWD QX60 (I have copied the post below). Yesterday, I see MF being posted as 0.00122 (6 posts above this one). Which one is correct for 2015 AWD QX60?
I leased an AWD last month when residual was 4% lower and MF was 0.00060 (i did 5 MSDs to reduce it to 0.0001). The dealer screwed up MSD amount calcs so he is in process of fixing the paperwork and it may require me to resign the lease. I could push them to date the lease to April now (not sure if its doable) if the MF is 0.00122 as it saves me $40/month with the new residual and 9 MSDs. If MF is 0.00178, then lease gets worse and there is no point trying to change the date.
Would appreciate clarity on the MF for 2015 AWD Premium and Premium Plus QX60.

Sorry, I must have taken a dumb pill when I wrote that.

For April, 2015 QX60 AWD MF is .00122. However, as noted, the residual was increased as well, so the net change in the payment is probably pretty small.

The net change is actually size-able if somebody is doing MSDs. For example in my case payment goes down by $40/month with the new numbers (assuming incentives remain the same). The 4% higher residual on a 51K MSRP car saves me $55/month and the higher MF (after 9 MSDs instead of 5) results in extra $15/month and net net $40/cheaper.

We don't have any incentive info, but I suspect the discount is a combination of money from Infiniti and dealer discounting to get rid of old inventory, now that the 2016's are on the lot.

Do you have the MF and Resid for a AWD 36/12 or 36/15 in the VA/MD area? Also, does a 39 mo lease have the same resid on both 12 and 15? Or, is it 1% lower? Finally, does trim matter as we're looking for a prem plus at a minimum but may go fully loaded to get safety features but inventory getting low around here.

36/15 2015 QX60 AWD - .00122 and 59%. Add 2% for 12K. Subtract 1% for 39 months.

I was shopping for QX60 lease for couple of months. A sales agent called me, I went and negotiated the following numbers. I have been told that no one has gotten this type of deal at that dealership before. I wanted to find out if this is a correct statement.
So they are giving me a 2015 QX60 base model which was a return from a customer. It has 200 miles on it. They are giving me 12k/39 months. with $2700 down. This includes first month payment and TTL @ 6.25%.
My monthly payments are $369 with $2700 down which includes TTL. Residual is at 55%. I think it is 23K residual value after 39 months. Keep in mind this is 2015 not 16. Am i getting a good deal or is it normal?

Thanks for the info! I got offered a lease on this vehicle but it's a demo with 6500 miles. They reduced the residual by $660 (~53.7%). Any thoughts on leasing a demo?

Thanks for the info! I got offered a lease on this vehicle but it's a demo with 6500 miles. They reduced the residual by $660 (~53.7%). Any thoughts on leasing a demo?

If they are discounting the residual by .10/mile that's a good deal. Usually it's .15-.25 per.

Make sure you get a similar (or bigger) discount on the selling price over a new car to account for the miles. Otherwise, everything should be the same.

I believe that the numbers on the 2016's are encouraging folks to grab the 2015's while they still exist. At some point, the support on the 2015's will end.
