Almost pulled the trigger this past weekend. Figured I'd share my deal here if it helps anyone else out. Keep in mind, my sticking point was to have Infiniti dealer cut me a check for my remaining 4 payments on my ford escape ($370.03 *4=$1480)

MSRP: $50,550 (FWD, prem 1, 2, drivers assistance package, bumper protector, roof rails)
Selling Price: 44,400
39m/12k: 55% =$27,802.50
MF: .00063
Monthly payment: $496

Dealer agreed to cut me a check for my 4 payments. I was going to put down 6 MSDs ($3000) to get the MF to .00003. however, at the last minute, they changed up paperwork and tried to squeeze a $468 cap cost reduction in the drive off fees (when i was clear I was not willing to do cap cost reduction). In the end, I walked.

Not familiar with why the remaining payments on a lease would be paid back? Isn't the payoff adjusted for when you trade it in? I was in a dealership and he aluded to my current lease payment and the 7 payments I have less, but then never came up again, so really curious how that would work.

Not familiar with why the remaining payments on a lease would be paid back? Isn't the payoff adjusted for when you trade it in? I was in a dealership and he aluded to my current lease payment and the 7 payments I have less, but then never came up again, so really curious how that would work.

Payment was hovering around $516/mo with only first month due at signing on an approx $51k MSRP. Couldn't get a lot of transparency on the numbers as I was short on time, but it didn't seem like a good deal. MF was 0.00060 as stated above. Should I press them for the actuals?

Dealer is not allowed to adjust the residuals. Confirm they are using IFS as the bank to fund the lease.

Was at the dealer yesterday as well. Promised 7k off msrp, but when I got there they started playing games. Were telling me they don't make anything on a lease and couldn't come down. The funny thing was they were trying to fool me on a lease by like 10k. The only stupid thing I did is let them run credit history. Dealer is in Fife, WA. Will go somewhere else.

We don't track selling prices; use the "make / model / year" pull downs to link to the price tools.

Just an update -- pressed for more info and all of the nonsense was exposed --

1) Dealer was using RV based on 10k miles/yr, despite us saying the entire time that we needed 12k and didn't want less. He even had 12k written on the paper with his quote.

2) When asked for the VIN and link to the car in inventory, it was something other than what we were discussing. Apparently they didn't feel compelled to tell us that they were quoting us on a car that didn't match what they said they were quoting.

Too slimy for me. Not going to pursue at this time. Thanks for the help and info!

In a sort of sad way, this is good for you. Asking for information in a reasonable tone will likely expose the little tricks the dealers like to play on you.

Knowledge is power! Perhaps a different Infiniti dealer will be more transparent. Only takes one to make a deal on your terms.

Thats correct. I didnt offer my vehicle for trade. Nor would they want to do that because there is rarely any positive equity in a leased vehicle. What I had them agree to was cutting me a check for my remaining payments..

Dealer is telling me that the RV is 52% on the 39/12k in NJ.  Did it change (post above claims 56%) or am I being hosed?

Thats a crazy good deal. I've been looking for the identical packages in Northern California. Can you post more details on your deal, like MF (before MSDs) and Residual percentages. Did you do 39 months? how many miles per year? If i can get the same deal, I'd fly down to LA

The funny thing is that they had the MSRP as 50950 which given the packages didn't make sense, but i didn't ask any questions, after relooking at my paperwork the selling price was 41849. I hope that helps. The best way is to get 2 or 3 dealers engaged and pit them against each other and push them on details (they don't like doing that but just say you won't make a deal unless you know details). Also make sure that you don't go to the dealership unless you have all the details ironed out (I know this goes without saying but repeating it never hurts)

We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - that money is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.

I am assuming its an AWD. I get $51,245 when I build it on infinity site that doesn't include acquisition fee of $700 (destination fee of $995 included though). So the CapCost / MSRP should be $51,945 and you got the cap cost of $42,898.87 OR $41,849 as sale price?

Hi all. I am new here but I have done a lot of reading. Looking for MF and RV for qx60 2015 premium plus. 39mo. 10k/year. Buffalo NY, Syracuse NY area. Probably will put down 9msd. 800 fico.

Not sure of the best way to talk down the Msrp with the dealer.?? Any advice would be great. Do I just call multiple dealers and phone haggle or do I go in person? Is there an edmunds tool? Seems people are getting about 10k off right now which is what I would like to do. Thanks again.

AWD? .00060 MF and 57% residual.

6 MSDs will get you to .00001, which is as low as you can go.

Let the dealer give you a number, then go from there.

Does Infiniti do 10K/year leases? I end up driving even less than that (just had a 13.7 year Envoy die at 112K miles). If so what is the residual and MF for a 2015 QX AWD?

Can anyone provide residual and MF for Florida on the QX60 with Premium + Driver Assistance 39 months, sign and drive and 10k miles? On an slight side note, it seems that it is really difficult to find these cars with Driver Assistance. Any idea why? Seems like a really good deal for a lot of safety features that are becoming a lot more common.

I'm also having trouble getting dealers in South Florida to come anywhere close to the numbers that are being posted on the boards here. I.e., they are coming back for that configuration at $1300 up front and $500/month. Roughly adjusting for the differences in cost and up front monies to what I saw on that California blog and the things here, doesn't seem like a good deal.
