    That's the residual.

Is this a broker or a dealer? The agreed selling price has to be on the lease paperwork. If they won't disclose it ahead of time, that's a big red flag.

Damage waiver insurance is a good deal ... for the dealer. I'd pass.

Care to explain why you would pass on damage waiver insurance? For example, I do not have a waiver for my Honda CRV and have to spend $1000 to freshen it up. Not sure how all this works. Once again, leasing a Honda CRV was a very bad experience or me, so technically, I am still an armature.

Does infinitI allow buyouts at any time during the lease or just at end of lease? Meaning can I trade the car in at anytime during the lease without any penalties from the dealer.

I've turned in a dozen leases, and haven't paid over $200 total, for all of them. What damage do you have to your CR-V?

You can trade your car at any time, but you might have significant negative equity.

They screwed me when leased the car at the dealership. They stated they were giving us Honda Financing with $1500 damage waiver, but they gave us Fusion Financing with $0 in damage waiver.

I have a dent about 12 inches and 1 inch deep on the right back door. Kid slammed onto curb or something, and just basic bumper scratches from NY parking.

Confirm that the dealer is using Infiniti Finance - other banks have different numbers, which we are unable to validate.

So, here is the deal I got tonight. QX60 w premium, roof rails, bumper guard, and illuminated kick plates, MSRP 46280, cap cost 39494.01, for 39 mo. 12k miles at $407.80 per month including tax and only paying 1st month as drive off. I did have a crv that was at lease end which they bought for over trade in value and they applied it towards costs and an 1100 cap reduction, so the cap cost is really 39900. But since I basically put nothing out of pocket other than 1st month, and got the premium QX60 for 25 dollars more per month than honda crv,I thought it was more than fair.

How is this? Is this good deal to go?

39/10 numbers on the QX60 FWD are .00055 and 57%.

Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $483/mo + tax. Assuming a tax rate of 9%, the payment goes to about $526/mo.

Find out from the dealer what the net cap cost is - I suspect it's higher than the selling price. If so, make the dealer explain how they got from the sell price to the net cap cost.

I am in los angeles and i was looking for MF and residuals for 36/12k (not sure if Infiniti does 36?) and for 39/12k for FWD with premium and drivers assistance package, thanks in advance! Also Infiniti does MSDs, correct?

.00055 MF and 56% residual for either 36 or 39 months.

Yes, Infiniti has an MSD program. .00010 reduction per deposit.

According to IFS, a 630 score is tier 7.

The relevant numbers for the QX60 FWD for 36/10 would be .00265 and 57%. 39/10 numbers are identical, so the payment would be a touch lower, all else being equal.

Not enough information to tell you. What we need to know:

    Lease term
    Miles per year
    MSRP
    Net cap cost

That deal doesn't sound too far off from what I got ($407 per month incl tax).  Mine had 12k miles, but I also had a trade in that had about $2k in equity which offset the fees like acq. fee, registration, etc.

    what options did you get?

I got the QX60 with Premium, roof rails, illuminated kick plates, and bumper protector...my full deal is listed earlier in the thread. I caught them on a very slow sales weekend with a desirable trade, so they might not be quite as aggressive, but without the additional equity to put down, your deal looks pretty similar.

I was able to get the same unit you purchased from INF of Montclair.
Traded Prius had 1881 equity for down
429 per month with 12k miles per year.
I checked around no dealers didn't want to offer the under 400 deals like at the beginning of Dec.

Guys, who knows what happens with MSDs if a leased car is totaled or stolen? With any make, model? Any experience with that?

We have yet to have any anecdotal reports on that. In theory, that money isn't at risk.

    Hi,
    quick question about MSD , if I put down 5 MSD's would the MF be 0.00055-0.0050 = 0.00005 ?
another question is when i go thru edmunds.com true price promise , the final price i get should i be shooting for that price ?
