    just want to share the deal i got couple weeks ago. i am in socal.

    $498 (including sales tax of 9%), 3 year/10k. Pure Plus, MSRP $49,494. $2500 drive off (including first month payment).

    i thought it was an incredible deal. I jumped on it, had the car for 2 weeks now, what a great ride.

    Pure Premium has same MF as Pure Plus, but residuals are 2%/3% lower for 24/36 months.

    They just came in last night (must have been a slow boat from England).

    Pure Plus - 68% and .00063 for 24/12; 61% and .00061 for 36/12

    Premium - 66% and .00063 for 24/12; 58% and .00061 for 36/12

    I am looking to lease a 2015 Range Rover Evoque Pure Premium 36 month/ 10K miles per year. MRSP about $52,800. Just looking to see MF and RV and what others might have paid. Looking to pay $49,500 with minimal down. Hoping to stay under $500/month. Any insight or data for recent leases??? Thank you.

    Using the MSRP and adjusted cap costs you've provided, along with the 36/12 residual of 65% and standard MF of .00154, I get a pre-tax payment of $423.26. 9% tax takes the payment to $461.36/mo. Either there are some other costs we don't see or the MF is inflated.

    Either way, there is room to improve on this deal.

    How is the $3500 trade equity being applied?

    42055 (invoice cost) + 795 acquisition fee = 42850 Gross cap cost
    42850 - 2295 = 40555 adjusted cap cost

    Money factor is where I think im overpaying, I calculated it at .0020.

    I called another LR in Socal (dont have what I want in stock).
    I called a third LR, gave me same MF rate as 1st one but offered $493/mo for 36 mo 10k.
    I asked them to counter 36 mo/12k option and they gave me the same price as their competition.

    Patience will win the day. Yes, the MF is inflated on you - dealer is allowed to do this, for extra profit. Tell them you won't sign any deal that doesn't use the base MF.

    Second, we recommend against using trade equity as a cap cost reduction ... if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. Have the dealer cut you a check for the $2295 instead.

    Not a typo .. the 36 month MF is slightly better at .00132.

    Hi there. The 2016 Evoque will get a slight refresh and those cars should be coming on the lot soon. Traditionally this one of the few times where you can get deals on Land Rovers.
