Does anyone know if Land Rover does MSDs in their lease programs? I just spoke with an internet sales person at my local dealership and she said Land Rover does not. I just want to confirm.

Just left the dealership to sleep on their offer. They have one 2015 left and say they are offering aggressive pricing.  2015 Pure plus with nav and climate package. $50k msrp with $6k in rebates and savings. Making the adjusted sales price $44,617 after taxes and fees $48,932.06. $1,150 cash at signing, after application of $1,000 bonus cash. 

$593.22 on a 33 mth 12k miles. (L.E.V. noted at $32,394.88)

I am not sure how to calculate MF and residual. But they say it is .00151 and 64%. 

Is this a good deal? Of course they say I have to move fast since this is the last 2015 on the lot and they are offering agressive pricing.

Base MF is .00101, so looks like they are taking a big markup, though my calculations give a higher payment than the one they quoted.

$4300 more for fees and taxes seems like a lot. Which state do you live in?

Not sure how LA manages sales tax on a lease, but I've always believed it to be taxed against the monthly payment, not collected up front.

It's possible the dealer is quoting you a purchase price rather than a lease payment.

Without any taxes or fees... just using the selling price and your marked up .00151 MF, I get $498/mo.
With the base MF of .00101, about $460/mo.

With the residual quoted, it looks like the MSRP is not $50K, but somewhat above that.. Do you have the exact MSRP?

I have this offer from my dealer for a 2015 Evoque, MSRP 49572, selling price 46572.

33/10 $570 including taxes per month, plus upfront:

$519.13 + tax ($570.00) -First monthly payment
$1261.61 - CAP reduction
$123.64 upfront sales tax
$307.75 - 1st year of license ($300.00 for license, $5.25 title fee and $2.50 admin fee)

Couldn't tell you .. I built my own spreadsheet to do lease calcs.

On-line calculators often have assumptions we know nothing about.

The ad doesn't give the selling price of the vehicle, so you don't know the dealer discount used in the calculations.

Pure + Premium - 62% and .00099
Prestige - 59% and .00099

36/10 numbers:
Pure Plus - 62% and .00109
Pure + Premium - 59% and .00109
Prestige - 55% and .00109

The sales tax can either be paid when you sign the papers or added to the cap cost and made part of the monthly payment.

Dealer is quoting me 39month lease @ 7,500 miles of RV: 61%, MF: .00157.

Could you confirm for HSE (prestige) and HSE dynamic @ 7,500 miles and 10,000 miles?

Could you give me these lease residual and mf for a 2015 Evoque Pure Plus 5 door. I would like 3years and 15 k per. Could do a little more or less time if it is better. Also the car was a loaner car with about 6k on it. Do I need to adjust the residual?

33/15 seems to be slightly better - 58% and .00046

Yes, the residual will adjust by .15-.25 per mile from the calculated residual to account for the miles. But, you should be able to negotiate a lower selling price to compensate.
