    Hello,

Can you please confirm MF and Residual for:

    2015 Pure Plus 36 months & 12k Miles / 36 months & 15k Miles.

The vehicle I am interested in has an MSRP of $50,475. Assuming only $1,500 drive off, what should be my expected payment (before tax) on a 36/12k lease?

    Thank you!

    5-door?

    .00132 MF and 64%/62% residual

I am also looking at the evoque. It seems like this is the time to pounce. I also can wait until the the end of July (My lease is up on July 22nd - but I am over the milage) or jump into an evoque right now. What would you do? I have already made my final payment on my existing car.

Rates are as good now on the Evoque, as they have ever been...

Hi! I am interested in the 2015 Evoque $419/month 3 year lease program going on right now... is there a good resource for me to figure out how to negotiate the residual value to buy outright at end of term?

On the website it says take delivery by 6/30 is there a new program expected, is this not valid anymore?

    Thanks!

A new lease program came out today. I'm not familiar with the advertised deal, so couldn't tell you what might have changed.

Most car makes have stopped negotiating end-of-lease buyouts. If good deals are to be had, they save them for their dealers.

Do you happen to know this months residuals for a pure plus 10/36 yet? Looks like Land Rover updated their website, and if I'm not mistaken, simple calculation tells me the residual went up to 66%!?

If that lease only has 27,500 miles allowed, it's probably for 33 months, not 36 months.

    36/10 = .00119 MF and 63% residual
    33/10 = .00109 MF and 66% residual

I want to lease a 2015 Range Rover Evoque Pure Plus (5 door). I am a newbie so please pardon my ignorance on these apparently silly questions:

    (1) 36 mo./10k = .00119 MF and 63% residual - are these numbers as good as other time of the year? I can wait for few more months if there is a better time of year to lease RR Evoque Plus (probably in or around when 2016 models are expected to hit the market??)

    (2) Few dealers have agreed to give me a deal on their invoice price. Is there any scope left for further negotiating the selling price (e.g. holdbacks like dealer cash incentives etc.)?

    (3) If I maintain the vehicle in excellent condition over the 3 year lease period and stay within 30k limit, would it be possible for me to sell it to a third party and make some profit eventually at the lease end (assuming 3rd party buyout is allowed in the lease terms and conditions)?

    Thanks so much in advance!

    1) This is the best lease program we've seen on the Evoque

    2) Land Rover dealers aren't big bargainers.. They get a lot of people that buy $100K+ SUVs that aren't especially price sensitive. You can try shopping around, but unless you live in a very big city, you likely only have one local dealer.

    3) The current residual seems unrealistically high. IMO, it seems doubtful that you could sell it for a profit at lease end.

I will elaborate on point 2 ... here in metro Denver (population of 2.5 million, give or take) there are 3 LR dealers to choose from.

Thank you both for your prompt reponses; @kyfdx and @Michaell

    4) What, in your opinion, would be a great deal for 2015 Evoque Pure Plus (5 door) with only standard features and no additional packages that'd cost money, assuming no/min. down payment? I am trying to keep it under $470/month (including taxes) for 36 mo/ 10k, if that's possible.

    5) Would getting Evoque PP on invoice price be a slick deal in your view? If not, how below can a dealer go on invoice price realistically (assuming dealer is willing to negotiate the selling price)?

    6) What are are other fees/costs that I will have to absolutely shell out from my pocket while signing the lease? How much would that be, just a ball park would be great too..:). Are these negotiable too?

Again, please bear with my questions as this would be my first lease and I am still learning the ropes:)

residual is 66% (this seems a bit high) and MF is .00109
putting down $4k and was quoted at $532 a month

when i do it on the edmunds calculator, i am getting $514. do i try to negotiate down to this? any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

With your numbers, I get $540/mo before tax and and $0 down.

We don't recommend putting money down on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Also, don't negotiate the payment .... work to get the lowest selling price and the base MF (you are - .00109 is the base this month).

Hey everyone, are the numbers out yet for August 2015? I'm looking to lease a 2015 Evoque Pure Plus and just wanted to get the current MF and residuals for 10, 12, and 15k. Local dealer in Miami quoted me $550/mo with absolutely zero die at signing, not sure of the MSRP of the car he was referring to, going to check out the inventory. Thanks!

    Hello,
1-What are the MF and Residual on 5-door Pure Plus 33/12K and 36/12K?

2-Do you see these numbers getting better or worse in Sept/Oct? Historically...

3-Also, any idea what the numbers look like on the 2016 yet?

    Thanks!

Hi there, do you have the residual & MF for a 2015 Evoque Coupe and 5 Door, both Pure Plus?

I see the advertised lease deal (for the 5 door) is good through 9/30 so safe to assume no change in numbers for September?

Are the 2016 numbers out yet?

Considering the 2016 refresh, is a selling price of 10-15% off MSRP reasonable? What about on a 2016?

    Thanks a lot.

My local dealer is advertising the following lease deal on Evoque Pure Plus 5-door: $459/month plus tax, etc for $0 down and 30k miles for 33 months, based on MSRP 46,345 (including rest + delivery) and residual value of 31,721.15. Dealer says this is the best deal by far and would not negotiate. Does this sound like a good deal indeed?

I think it's an OK deal; in general, you should be able to beat any national or regional offer with some decent negotiating, but I've never been in the market for a Land Rover, so I don't know what kind of discounts are available.

    5-door Pure Plus - 60% and .00119

No 2016 Evoque numbers are available, yet.

We don't track selling prices - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to get the TMV pricing from Edmunds.

Thank you. What about the numbers for the Pure Plus Coupe for 33 mos. & 12k per year?
    61% and .00086

Appreciate it! Any difference on the residual & MF for a Pure Premium Coupe for 33 mos and 12k?

Hi there, do you have the residual & MF for a 2015 Evoque Coupe and 5 Door, both Pure Plus?

I see the advertised lease deal (for the 5 door) is good through 9/30 so safe to assume no change in numbers for September?

Are the 2016 numbers out yet?

Considering the 2016 refresh, is a selling price of 10-15% off MSRP reasonable? What about on a 2016?

    Thanks a lot.

You didn't specify, so I'll give you the 36/15 numbers:

    Coupe Pure Plus - 56% and .00096
    5-door Pure Plus - 60% and .00119

Subtract 2% from the residual for Pure Premium.

Last question, are you sure the base money factor on the coupe Pure Plus is .00086?

Thank you VERY much! On top of these numbers, I'd have 1st payment, taxes and license as a down payment correct?

Hi, I wanted to run this by the forum to see if I am getting a good deal on a 2015 Pure Plus. MSRP is 48,559 buy price is 46,227. I'd be doing a 33 month lease with 7,500 miles/year. The deal they are giving me is $1,211 drive off (includes first month payment and tax) and the pre-tax payment is $527/month. The deal sheet is showing a MF of .00127 and residual of 68%. Thoughts? is $2,000 off MSRP good? Are they marking up the MF? Thanks, looking forward to being a new Evoque owner in the next few weeks.

.00127 MF and 68% is correct.

I show a payment of $500/mo. using your selling price as the CAP cost, but I'm sure there is an acquisition fee at least, that's not included in the drive-off.

No idea if $2000 off is good, but the calculations look good (assuming $795 acq.fee in the CAP).
