Money factors are for leases... there is no such thing as a money factor for a purchase.

Figured...I think what they are trying to say the interest rate does not equate to MF, which is BS.

Reading back through previous responses, your payment depends on the final cap cost and what's been added to it. If you pay all fees up front, then it looks like $403/mo is your target.

What is the selling price? We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Use the pricing tools at the top of the page - make / model / year - to help establish a target selling price.

What is the breakdown of the $2500? Seems an ok deal given the number of miles you are looking for.

OK, thanks, so the Leasify app shows a Deal Score of 8.3/10 which is recommended. I think you did pretty well on the majority of the factors that drive the cost of the lease... I'd maybe poke on fees a little more if you can to understand what all is rolled into that $1,062 but everything else looks pretty good.

And of course, if you are only working with one dealer maybe get another quote in your zip code to try to get more leverage on negotiating fees.

I get $431/mo.+tax..

$1500 lease cash and 1st payment covered by Lexus.. If you are happy with the selling price, then it looks good.
