You really need to know the CAP cost and what's in it, besides the selling price. 1st payment, acquisition fee, tax, title/license?
The difference between $403/mo. and $483/mo. is over $2800. For where you live and your tax rate, that might be normal. Or, it might be grossly inflated.

Yes, it's 5% I believe. They're stating that the money factor is regionalized at .00105. Is that BS? Are they currently regionalized? Cap cost is $41016. I did see a $925 delivery and processing fee.
To take further, I was additionally quoted $52,780 with cap cost at $45470 for a 2015 GS with a MF at .0070 and an RX quote at $49,989 with cap cost at $44,989 with a .00145 with a MF at .00145. $925 process/delivery fee across all.

Figured...I think what they are trying to say the interest rate does not equate to MF, which is BS.
Thanks again! Really helpful. Assuming dealer comes back to me with the ES350 MF at .00555, what would be the appropriate number to agree upon, My math says 400. is that correct?

Reading back through previous responses, your payment depends on the final cap cost and what's been added to it. If you pay all fees up front, then it looks like $403/mo is your target.
Can anyone provide the June MF for Illinois for an ES350/36 months/10k per year? Assuming residual is 61% based on other posts in this thread, but please let me know if that's not a good assumption. Thanks in advance!

Really appreciate your help.
I get $409/mo. with those numbers... looks pretty good.
Thx so much. But should I press the envelope and look to reduce the MSRP further to 8 or 8+ %? Michelins are not part of the deal should I also look to have them installed?

Hey 14652, I am trying to run this through the Leasify iPhone app but was wondering if you could tell me what other options there are other than the Ultra Luxury Package?
Also, do you see the acquisition and/or documentation fee called out on your quote?
Sure: 18"wheels w/ liquid graphite; blind spot monitor; HID headlamps; ambient lighting; wood/leather heated steering wheel; trunk mat, cargo net wheel locks & rear bumper app; rain sensing wipers; one-touch power trunk; Navigation/Mark Levinson audio. No acquisition fee provided per se but Registration & Other Fees total $1062; btw Rebate is $1500.
Thx again for you help.
OK, thanks, so the Leasify app shows a Deal Score of 8.3/10 which is recommended. I think you did pretty well on the majority of the factors that drive the cost of the lease... I'd maybe poke on fees a little more if you can to understand what all is rolled into that $1,062 but everything else looks pretty good.
And of course, if you are only working with one dealer maybe get another quote in your zip code to try to get more leverage on negotiating fees.
