$55,676 cap cost and $1,193.83 due at signing which is first month and DMV. I asked him to roll in taxes of 8.875 too

I am now at $710/mo, including tax.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost - there's about $825 missing from the deal somewhere.

Confirm the cap cost - if higher than what you've been quoted, find out what the dealer has added.

Those numbers are correct.
Dealers can't alter the bank's residuals, so those should never be different.
If the money factor is higher, it's a dealer markup, or less than top-tier credit.

These are factory to dealer incentives - dealer likely passes them along to the customer as a reduced selling price. You want to negotiate your best price first, before subtracting these incentives.

The $4585 is for leasing only; the $9000 incentive is for lease or purchase.

You do not get the tax credit; the leasing bank does. The $4500 is what they 'pass along' to the customer
