Thank you, also I saw above that "kyfdx" says he got residual of 53%, just wanted to confirm since your post said 56% for 36 months. Am I missing something?
I got a quote today in Florida. Jeep Cherokee Limited FWD:
36/12k MSRP: $33,845 Adj Cap Cost: $29,918.36 Res: 53% MF: 0.00003 Total out of pocket:$0 Pmt: $362.45 (12k miles) or $352 (10k miles)
They are providing $2,345.00 in discounts and $3,000 in rebates, then charging fees of $66.50 taxable fee, $689 doc fee, $262.88 tax, $400 non-tax fees.

What are your thoughts on this?
I get $334/mo plus tax for 12K or $325/mo plus tax for 10K
What is the tax rate? If 7.5%, then only a few dollars off your quote.
Thank you, tax rate is 6%. I got the same numbers as you, I'm wondering why theirs are different if they claim to be basing it off the numbers I stated above. Do you know what to ask them in this situation?

The only moving parts in a lease are the adjusted cap cost and the MF ... confirm they aren't marking up the MF on you, and make sure you understand all the numbers that comprise the cap cost (selling price, fees, taxes, etc.)
Michaell, thank you so much for your help. This has been a stressful process but a good learning experience. In your opinion does the overall price and discount seem good or do you feel there can be a better deal made? I haven't contacted other Jeep dealerships since this one is closest but I'm wondering if it may be worth doing that in this situation. I'm just not sure if this seems like a pretty good deal already or not.
Just a quick update, the exact breakdown is as follows:
MSRP: 33,845 Discount: 2,345 Rebates: 3,000 Inception Fees: 1,580.83 Net Cap Cost Reduction: 1,419.17 Gross Cap Cost: 31,500 Net Cap Cost: 30,080.83 Residual: 53% MF: 0.00003
No money down. Lease Depreciation: 337.30 Lease Charge: 1.44 Base Lease Payment: 338.74 Use Tax: 23.71 Total: 362.45 (36 mo/ 12k miles)
The fees seem a bit high but I'm a novice with Jeeps. Trying to decide if this is a good deal or if I need to keep looking. Hoping to make a decision today or tomorrow. Any opinions? Thank you in advance.

$362/mo. with zero out of pocket is a great lease payment for a $34K MSRP vehicle.
Chrysler Capital has a $595 acquisition fee, and you'll have state title/registration fees. If this is Florida, I'll guess there is a whopping dealer/doc fee that is outrageous. ($699?).
Try to ignore that, and look at the total deal. Looks pretty good from here.

I don't know for sure, but I think the only thing a lease is eligible for is the $1000 Bonus Cash.
Also, the acquisition fee is waived this month, on CCAP leases.
Hi, Could you please provide MF and RV for 2016 Cherokee Limited 4x4 and Latitude 4x4 for MD/VA 36/10K. 24/10K. I am new to this forum, do you mind to explain if the MF and RV you provide is the lowest rate I can get from a dealer? is RV negotiable at all? Also, is Jeep dealer accepting multiple security deposits (MSD) so to reduce the MF? Thanks again!

24/10 Limited - .00001 and 63% Latitude - .00013 and 63%
36/10 Limited - .00005 and 55% Latitude - .00014 and 55%
MF is the base rate for top tier credit; Jeep does not offer MSD, as they are so low to begin with.
Residual is set by the bank and is not negotiable.
Thank you very much for the great information. Do MF and RV change often as a method of promotion? I see the MF for latitude is 3 times higher than Limited, (overall still very low APR though). The rational behind is dealers want to get ride of limited more than latitude?

Numbers tend to change monthly, and are often set to promote one trim level over another.
Hello - I went to the dealer and got the following quote. Is this deal good? It is for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 w/cold weather & 8.4 U Connect touch screen. Thanks!

Is the tax being added in? What is the breakdown of the $2000 up front?
I got a quote for 16 Cherokee limited with MSRP of $36,670. I dont quite understand the breakdown though, can someone help me to explain what is the exact MF and sale price? thanks. Tax rate 6%.

The actual MF is .00005. That's the Chrysler Capital MF and verified through calculations. There is no way it could be .0050.
The total selling price must include $995 from somewhere. Guessing it's an acquisition fee, but the CC acq.fee is just $595. It's possible they are marking that up.
You have $3000 of working cash ($2500 rebate, $500 out of pocket?). $1992 of that goes to tax, $357 to first payment, leaving $650 as CASH CCR (CAP cost reduction).
But, lot of unexplained charges. LIC (CAP) $932 (might be a big dealer fee in there) TAX (CAP) $55.43 (probably tax on that $995 acq.fee) Anything listed with (CAP) behind it, has been added into the CAP cost.
In the right hand column: TAX $1992.30 (Is this Maryland? Or, another state that taxes the full selling price?)
The calculations are correct. The items that I would want to know about: 1) The $995 difference between SELL LST and TTL SELL. If it's the acquisition fee, why is it not the standard fee of $595. 2) $932 LIC(CAP) fee: Ask them to break that down. Don't know where you are, but seems like some padding involved there.

Thank you very much! $955 they mentioned is for destination charge, I feel I can negotiate? since it is supposed to be included in MSRP? Will ask about $932 breakdown.

Yeah... I've never seen the destination charge broken out separately on the computer entry of a lease. Plus, don't see the acquisition fee. Those are two big charges that need to be explained and enumerated. You can't just add $1900 in charges without an explanation/breakdown.

The rest of it looks good. What state is this?
It's in MD. seems like it's a up front full tax state for leasing car. They said: $995 for Destination charge. $599 processing fee $333 title/registration.

Now it makes more sense..
The selling price is $32,606
And, a big $599 processing fee..
Considering the sales tax in MD, still seems like a pretty good deal.

Please let me know for 1K down and 2K down. Also are those number include TTL?

Adding $2050 for tax and acquisition fee results in a payment of $296/mo., with 1st payment and DMV fees due at signing.
