Is the residual 60% for a 36/10k? BTW, I was looking on the website and there is a $2000 loyalty rebate. Can this be combined with the $500 lease cash?

Yes... Add 1% to go from 12K/yr to 10K/yr.
I don't know about the loyalty rebate. Seems doubtful that there is a $2000 rebate that is applicable to the GTI.

According to the VW website, there seems to be $2000 loyalty cash on every VW except for TDI and R. Also: Loyalty Offer Bonus must be applied toward customer lease or purchase and is not redeemable for cash. Incentive paid to dealer and requires dealer participation. May not be combined with Volkswagen Fleet Incentives, Conquest, other Loyalty, or Dealership Employee Programs.

Hello. I have a 2013 GTI WB DSG with 2 years (!) left on a 4 year lease. Going to check out a 2016 GTI S PP DSG tomorrow. Dealer quoted $500 under invoice NOT including the $2K discount. What is the M/F / Residual in CA, and any advice on bringing up the trade?

.00165 MF and 57% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr.
Might as well bring up the trade first. They'll have to get a payoff and appraisal, and you might find out you'll still be driving it for two more years, before you get to pricing out the new one.
How do those discounts break out? Does that include owner loyalty?
if you asking me regarding the website links I posted, I've no clue whats involved in these deep discounts.
I'm going over to talk to the dealer tomorrow, he's reluctant (to say the least) to put any details down on an email.
I hate dealing face to face with these guys, but in this case I'm considering about ten different makes and models for my next car and will just walk away for good if they start any crap.
Only going to see VW as there will be bargains to be had over there in these troubled times for their brand.

went over to vw dealer thursday. guy i had an appointment with (you know the one that knew my situation and what i was after) was "busy" so i was handed to some dude in his mid 60s. internet manager was his name lol. i knew more about the vw website than he did.... "not sure we're doing leases on GTI".... ended up quoting me $20 more a month than a new Q50 (listed at 38k) would cost with zero down..... anyway.....
got to dive the 4dr gti se stick and loved it. don't like the dumb paid seats in the gti s.
left the dealer and wrote a full on bitchy email "your brand is in the crapper" etc. to original guy and told him to reply if he can get me in a GTI for under $250/mth..... he did.... "blah blah, we'll make it happen"
i'll let him stew a bit and get back to him in nov. my infiniti goes back nov 16.
according to cars.com, 2016 GTI 2dr HB SE w/Performance Pkg has a 50% residual (36mo) and MF=.0028. Are they full of [non-permissible content removed]? Where do you guys get the MF and residual info from?

Dallas TX
MSRP: $34,695
Discount $1,966
Tint + nitrogen $699
SP: $33,698
Tax: $2,180.23
Total: $36,195.45
36mo/12kmi
0 down, $557 month
Just found out my company qualifies for partner $500 below invoice...will this help in my case?
Going to try and knock down or eliminate Tint + nitrogen.
Have excellent credit, payment seems high...did they increase MF?
With those numbers, I get $530/mo.
But, we don't have the amount Due at Signing, or see an allowance for the $625 acquisition fee.
Don't know the specifics on your corporate plan, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.. .and, yeah.. $699 for tint is awfully high.
At a price that high, I'd probably buy it at the 2.9% APR rate for 60 months.
