Base MF is .00125, so that is marked up. 

You were right to walk.

Yes, the $250 is additional, this month.

Doc fees are restricted to $80 in CA, by statute.

I think you did pay the acquisition fee. You notice they didn't give you the adjusted CAP cost?
If we subtract your CCR from the selling price, then the payment would be about $312/mo.+tax. Add in the $625 acquisition fee and the payment is $329/mo.+tax. (which matches).

Looks like a good deal, in any case.

Just received a purchase order but I have a few things that are bothering me.

1. Freight/destination 820$ but isnt that included in the MSRP or sticker price? Pretty sure I just saw one this past weekend where that was included.

2.Admin fee of 599$??? Seems high

3. Tax 1112.34...if my math is correct he is basing this tax off 441/month. but is quoting me 454 all in with tax so there is something wrong there.

4. tags and license- 975$ for NJ. This cannot be right. According DMV, title is 80$ for new car and 164.50 for 3 year registration??

Can anyone confirm these prices or can I call out the dealer for any bullcrap??

1. Destination is part of the MSRP and is residualized
2. I've had folks post admin fees as high as $899 (Florida) Try to negotiate a lower selling price to compensate.
3. In NJ, tax is computed against the sum of the payments
4. Can't help you with the NJ DMV costs

If they added the destination fee to your negotiated price, then they didn't really give you that price.
Admin fee and acquisition fee are taxed, as well. yes, $599 is ridiculous.
$975 for tags/license is definitely not right. $400-$500, max.

Get a quote from another dealer..

.00125 and 57% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K. $250 lease cash - I'm pretty sure there's another $1000 in incentives that are public record.

Much appreciated @Michaell. Any advice when negotiating with a dealership who attempts to keep this information hidden or manipulate the numbers? I've come across several recently that are afraid of having an honest conversation (for obvious reasons on their end).

Tell them (politely but firmly) that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is. And, reach out to multiple dealers and get them to compete against one another for your business.

Keep in mind that you'll pay $599 VA vs $299 MD processing fees.

If I remember correctly, the incentives are $1,000 Safety In Numbers Event Cash. Can the both incentives be counted as Capital Cost Reduction? The best sell price I got is $22687 (Including $1000 rebate).

I'm getting 362.44 including tax (VA .0427) Does this sound right?
