I am very new to leasing and I was hoping you could help me to figure out on this deal.
MSRP $37250
36months/10k miles @ $335 per month ( with added tax and fees, also includes acquisition fee)
Down payment of $2000
FWD or AWD? State? Sales tax rate? Selling price? Adjusted CAP cost?
Its a FWD, in California, sales tax rate is 9.75%. The rep did not provide the selling price or the adjusted CAP cost
Then you should ask them for it; I certainly wouldn't enter into an almost $40K financial transaction without all the data being presented to me.
Sorry, this may be a dumb question. If the rep provides the monthly payment which includes tax and fee + drive off fee + disposition fee. Doesn't that mean I can calculate how much my total cost is going to be already?
What's the reason for asking for the selling price, adjusted cap, residual cost if I am not planning to buy the car at the end of my lease? Thank you!

Because you want to confirm that the dealer hasn't added any junk fees to inflate the payment. Just because they quote you $335/mo doesn't mean that the payment could be lower.
Again, this is a big transaction - why wouldn't you want all the information available to you? Do you trust your dealer that much?

Yes, same numbers this month.
Don't expect the residuals to get any better - and, at some point, support for the 2016's will end without notice.
