In NJ, what is the current residual value and money factor on a 36/15 lease of a CTS Performance AWD? Does it vary by model (i.e. Luxury, RWD)? IF you have knowledge of any current incentives I would appreciate the information as well. I'm coming out of an ATS lease in a few months through Ally & was wondering if now might be a good time to pull the trigger.

Thanks for the info. Update: The CTS (Stellar Black Metallic) I was interested in was sold. I was offered another CTS Luxury RWD in Moonstone Metallic, msrp $56k; terms: $53,689 selling price, $2,653 out of pocket ($1k cap cost reduction & $1,653 tag/title/tax/inception), $584/mo for 36 mos or $573/mo for 39 mos. It was pointless to negotiate further since it was not the CTS I wanted.

At that price point, I too would hold out for the exact car I want. Color, options, etc.

Success! Went to another dealership and made a deal: 2016 CTS Luxury RWD, Stellar Black Metallic/black interior; msrp $55,900; terms: $2,500 out of pocket, $550/mo for 36 mos (includes 6% FL tax), 10k miles.

Unlikely for January. If we're lucky, perhaps next month. Cadillac numbers have been spotty lately.

Yes.. big drop in residual, but the money factor also dropped a lot.

In effect, with all else being equal, the lease payment would be within $10/mo. with either program, I think.

I understand that, what I was really asking is if your current figures were only valid until the end of May presenting an opportunity for the residual to hopefully go back to where it was in June.

Can you tell me what the 48/10k is on the V-Sport? I've indication elsewhere it's more generous.
