Honda does not offer 10K leases, so the numbers are all for 36/12:

.00041 MF and 56% for all trims.

Current incentives are set to expire on 4/4/16. Can't tell you if they will continue beyond that.

Hi Kyfdx and Michaell, earlier this month (March 6) you advised that for an EX-L with Nav the MF and residuals and dealer incentives were:
.00041 MF
$1250 lease cash and $500 bonus lease cash.
24/12 - 61%
36/12 - 54%

Have any of those figures changed since then? Also I'm not seeing any mention of the additional $500 bonus lease cash anymore. Did that dealer incentive expire? Thanks for your help!

We would need to know the MSRP and the adjusted cap cost in order to figure out the payment.

Yes, should be $500 bonus lease cash, in addition to the $1250.
I believe the Honda acquisition fee is still $595, as well (not $650).

Total Out of Pocket (paid up front): $2,712.97 (includes $349 first month payment; $1,083.64 NYS Taxes on depreciation and rent charge at 8.625%; $595 acquisition fee; $130.82 NYS registration, tire tax and tax on acquisition fee; and $554.51 in dealer doc/delivery fees)

The dealer doc/delivery fees were high in my opinion, but in the end I think its still a great deal and am very pleased.

Hi Michael, I would like to share my price I got for Odyssey EX-L. Not sure if it's best deal since I originally was offer by other dealer for sales price of $30,500. But they are taking my current odyssey lease for $22,000 and the payoff amount is $19725. So I'm getting $2,275 back in check

That is what they did not tell me. They label it as a closed-end lease.

They just called and said that they are offering a $4,700 incentive and the money factor is 0.00041 (0.984% interest). They are going to get back to me with the adjusted cap cost. I think that the down payment could be around 2k.

For an SE with MSRP of $34,000, and a Cap Cost of $28,590, I do come up with a monthly payment of $279 (using MF of .00041 and residual of 56% for a 36/12k lease).

However, first month payment, taxes at 8%, and Honda's acquisition fee of $595, only total $1676 accordingly to my calculations. If you can determine your DMV costs, then you'll understand how much "dealer profit" the dealer is adding to get to $2999 drive off (i.e. $2999 minus $1676 minus DMV costs = dealer profit). You may be able to negotiate the dealer profit figure down significantly if they want your business. Soliciting competing offers from other dealers will usually get you the best deal in your area.

Thanks! I just did that and found another dealer close by with the same payment ($279) but $1,995 drive off including aquisition fee, tax, title, license, and doc fee with $0 first month payment, $0 security deposit, and gap insurance included at no cost. I will go there today to check it out!

I ran the numbers on a couple different lease calculators and reach the same result ($279). Double check the cap cost figure you are inserting into your calculator, or use another calculator. There are some really good ones available online. I like theautoleasecalculator[dotcom].
