No idea if that's compatible with the conquest cash, or not.

In Essence we are paying $300 a month for 24 months 15K miles with $1000 drive offs for a $38K+ SUV.

My parents in NJ are looking at a pull forward deal to replace their current Terrain with a 2016 SLT AWD. Can you give me the money factor and residual for 36 months / 15k miles? Their salesman called to say they have $2500 bonus cash + $1500 pull ahead if the do something by the end of the month. I think I see the $2500 online, but I'm assuming the $1500 is a dealer contribution or a non-advertised GM deal. Any insight?

Hmmm, I'm getting $248.12/mo plus tax for the first offer, and $205.33/mo plus tax for the second.

Ask the dealer what the 'net capitalized cost' is - if different (read: higher) than the "your price" amount, have the dealer explain what they've added.

They are saying $229 a month with only first payment due at signing, all else rolled in- this is with a competitive lease...any help ,guidence, direction appreciated. Buffalo Bob :

The numbers from GM Financial are 1.80% APR (equal to .00075 MF) and 58% residual. There is $880 lease cash available as well. You want to negotiate your best selling price; that will result in the lowest payment. Then, you want the dealer to give you the adjusted cap cost, which is the selling price plus all the taxes and fees added in.

$199/month for 24 months. $3,509 due at signing. 10k mi, disposition fee of $495.
Is it sounds like a good deal? Should I still negotiate the selling price in order to get a lower lease end price?

You misunderstand me.

What I'm saying is that the $3509 down payment is an additional $146/mo, on top of the quoted payment of $199/mo. GMC is using the large down payment to mask the true monthly cost of a lease, and to promote an attractive payment.

You could lease a Yukon Denali for $199/mo, but you'd have to put $20,000 down (making up the numbers, but you see my point).

GA taxes the entire selling price, which will make leases more expensive than in states that only tax the monthly payment - FL, for example.

You want to negotiate the best selling price you can - that will ensure you get the best lease payment.

The residual value of the lease is set by the bank, and cannot be negotiated.
