68%/67% for 24/27 mo, 12K/yr (don't show a 10K/yr program for TFS).

Don't have NY, but most regions have low MF for the RAV4, this month.. .00001 - .00010 range.

Can I get MF and RES for 2016 RAV4 AWD LE in Denver, CO. Toyota has $750 cash back and $199/month with $2299 down leases but numbers from the deal aren't that great. MSRP $26,875 and Residual of $16,931. Looks like they propped up the residual to keep the payment low. Would like to get under $200/month lease with $0 down. Is this feasible?

Leased an XLE hybrid in Boston. 64% residual on 3 yr, MF was equivalent to .96%. I was able to get a 30K car for 26K, making the lease payment about 245 before taxes.

AWD residuals are 60%/66% for 36/24 months, 12K/yr. (no 10K leases for TFS).
Don't have MA numbers specifically, but in most of the country, the MF is .00001

Florida is in the SET distributorship area.
RAV4 MF there is .00179, but we don't have any reliable residual information.

NC is in the SET distribution area. We only have money factors for them. .00179 MF

You'll have to ask the dealer for the residual on the unit you are interested in.

Yes, I assume that the inception costs are paid up front - taxes, fees, etc.
