Okay, so once again. I am considering leasing a RAV4 LE AWD, 24 mo.(maybe 36 if the payments would be much higher), 15k miles. The MSRP is $26,965. I live in NY.
What is the lowest estimated price I should try to negotiate? And what would be estimated payments?

With your numbers, I get $233/mo with 9% tax added in.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost - you might be showing the selling price before any taxes and fees are added in.

I don't see a Hybrid SE trim, just regular gas engine.

36/12 numbers are as follows:

XLE AWD - 63% and .00002
SE AWD - 62% and .00002
XLE Hybrid - 64% and .00037

Would need to know the MSRP and the selling price or adjusted cap cost to tell you if the $261/mo quote is good or bad.

I am trying to work out the lease numbers and find the money factor for a rav4 LE lease deal. The deal is $1999 down and $199 per month for 36 months

total msrp - 25844
Net capitalized cost - 23167
residual value - 16023

The above numbers give me a monthly depreciation number of $198.44. This basically means the finance charges are not there at all. What am I missing?

60% residual. The closest region I have to you is Chicago. .00051 MF

Seems doubtful that two different dealers in Minnesota would be in different regions.

The SET area is a sucky place to get a Toyota.

But, don't let that stop you. In the end, it's the monthly payment that matters. It's possible that they have really high residuals to make up for it.

I appreciate your prompt response. Will the RV be the same for 36/12? And is it the dealership that determines which MF to offer?

I thought it would be Toyota but the dealership said it is the dealership and that the MF of .00075 (1.8%) which is almost equal to their buy rate of 1.9%. I don't believe this is true!
