Not bad. I got $330/month including tax on a TLX 2.4 w/Tech. $2000 drive off which includes acquisition, tax on cap cost, new plates, dmv fee, $550 remote start.

Listed price was $27,777. Using the Edmunds $1750 and my $500 grad coupon, I got it down to $25527.

Lease deals came out to be

36/10k - $214/monthly; 1759 due at signing
36/12k - $223 monthly; $1791 due at signing
36/15k - 240.93/monthly; $1855 due at signing.

All Chicagoland dealerships were matching Muller's Acura listing price of $27,777. I thought I had a really good deal so I purchased it yesterday. Acura in Palatine then emailed me today saying if I bought a car today or tomorrow, they would throw in a remote start for free I feel salty that I saw the email.

MSRP- $36,240 (this seems high right off the bat)
Invoice- $34,160 (only 6% off MSRP which I think was high to start)
Cap Cost-$31,760 ($1K Loyalty Rebate and $1,400 (out of 1.5K) lease cash)
Residual- 55%
MF- .0007
CT Tax Rate 6.675%

$1,519 due at signing which includes 1st Month Payment, Acquisition Fee ($595), Fee & Insurance ($429) and Upfront Taxes ($128.52)

Quote was $367/mo not including the $1,750 Edmunds rebate which I brought up after receiving their sheet.

I feel like the MSRP and Invoice price is rather high, any thoughts and feelings on this?

I did see your earlier post and it was pretty helpful, I just have a couple questions as I seem to be lease inept.
1. Your rebate of $2,750 included the $1,750 Edmunds offer and what was the remaining $1K (Acura Loyalty?)
2. What, if anything, was included in the $5,037 Discount (any lease cash?).
3. The Net price increase because you rolled all fees into the Cap Cost, correct?
4. Final question, what made up the "Tax" of $1,890?
5. Do you by chance know if the car was totaled, are you still on the hook for fees in which were rolled into the

Thanks in advance for your help, trying to get the total price around $300 if I were to pay fees upfront or $325 if I roll them into the Cap Cost.

1. Actually I expected $3,750 rebate ($1750 Edmunds + $2000 lease cash). They added $1000 to the discount and removed from rebate.
2. Lease cash was included in rebate and discount ($1000 + $1000).
3. Yes.
4. Tax of $1,890 - $6% from total (purchase price + processing fee) for MD.
5. If the car was totaled or stolen, you will lose everything paid upfront.

There was a little shifty math in there, so I turned the screws on that. Ended up at 261/month. Very happy. And very happy to be done with this for three years. Got all weather mats tossed in and they are now throwing in a year of service as well. Thanks for the help.

By the way, dealer mentioned the total miles could actually extend 7,500 miles past the term limit without any penalty if you lease another Acura. Truth?

This is true. AFS will forgive up to 7,500 miles over your limit if you lease another Acura.
