Assuming the quoted price is the cap cost, I get $232/mo for 12k miles, and $219/mo for 10k miles, before tax.

That assumes that the offered price can be used for a lease, and you pay all fees up front.

Hi Michael....I'm looking at a 2016 3.8AWD Ultimate. It actually has 5,000 miles as a dealer demo. Do you know if the same incentives apply to a demo? Also, the CA told me rates are still effective until 9/6? Do you have the August AWD numbers for 36/12? Thanks!

I would think it would be eligible for the new car program, but the residual will be adjusted down to account for the current mileage.

And yes, those rates are good through 09/06.

Numbers for a 2016 Ultimate in Illinois. 36/10k....ALso is the lease cash on top of negotiated price? Mots of these things retail for like 53, they being offered at 48k. Do you then apply the lease cash on top of that?

Assuming AWD, .00027 and 57%. $3750 lease cash.

Yes, negotiate your best price, then subtract the incentives.

BTW, these numbers expire today. New numbers should be available later this week.

I am back. Used edmunds forums in the past to lease a 2014 Hyundai Veloster. Loved my car. I was rear-ended and they totaled it. Back looking at cars again. I am looking at the 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate MT and not sure if this is the forum to use. I am looking for the MF and Residual Value (MSRP $35,478) for both 36 mos/15K and 42 mos/15k. I am not sure if hyundai still does not do 48 most. Can anyone help? Thanks

What's a good percentage off MSRP to shoot for the 3.8 Spec with 6MT? I assume you also get the $3k incentive off of the negotiated price? This seems like a cheap lease for a well rounded car. I'd be leasing in northern NJ.

We don't track selling prices - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to link to the TMV price tools.

Yes, deduct the incentive money from the best price.
