    Hello.  Looking for residual and MF on a 2016 Sierra Denali 
    24 month 10k & 12k.  Dealer quoted me MF of .00205
    Also if there are any dealers in So cal that can give me a great deal.  Will be greatly appreciated thank you

    The MF of .00205 is correct for 24 month terms.

    4x4 residual for 12K is 73%; subtract 1% if 4x2; add 1% for 10K

    Hi. I'm looking for MF & RV numbers on a 36/12k lease. Located in Wisconsin. Sierra, crew cab, standard box, 4x4, SLT & Denali trims.

    I'm finding .00085 & 61% on the SLT w/ $150 in one-time lease cash (still in effect?) Also .00155 & 69% on the Denali. Please confirm if these numbers are correct. Thanks for the info!

    70% residual on the Denali; otherwise, everything else is correct

    Helping a friend lease a 2016 Sierra 1500 SLE 4WD Crew Cab and would like to know what the RV and MF are for a 39 month lease with 15k/year. Also, what are the current lease incentives they should get, they currently have a leased GMC Acadia. Thanks in advance for the help!

    Those are the correct lease numbers.

    If the sale price is the CAP cost, I get $546/mo.+tax.

    Looks like a really good deal for a $60K truck.

    Was at dealer today and checked on July residuals and MF for Denali 4x4...no change in residual and slight decrease in MF to 3.65% (0.00152) from 3.72%. (0.00155). FYI.

    Just left dealer. 16' crew cab 4x2 Denali MSRP $56195 sale price $53311 + $689 dealer fee. Dealer quoted on 39/12 67% residual with  3.65 apr inception only lease equaling a payment of $620 including tax (7%). My calculations give me $597 tax included What are your thoughts? Based on the deals seen here it's not the best but these trucks are flying off of the lots down here (Miami) all that my dealer has have been there less than 3 days.

    What is the adjusted cap cost? If higher than the sell price plus dealer fee, find out what's been added.

    Just spoke to the salesman. Now he's saying sale price is $54K plus $689 dealer fee and $595 acquisition fee. Your thoughts? Also is 67%/3.65 true for 39/12?

    We show 3.65% APR and 67% for 39/12, and 68% for 39/10

    The highest allowance we have is 15K/yr
    39/15:
    .00152 MF and 65%/66% residual for 2WD/4WD.

    The extra 16,250 miles would reduce the residual by at least $0.20/mile, or $3250. Check with a dealer for the exact amount.

    36/15 - 59% and .00075. Both trims. Add 2% for 12k

    As a rough estimate, do residuals go up about 4% each time as you move from regular cab to double cab to crew cab?

    I don't see that pattern in the data we have.

    Yes, the residual is based, in part, on the cab style. But, trim level (SLT vs. SLE vs. Denali) also matter.

    As does length of lease.
