Hi,
I am not a moderator and not an expert at all.
If i am not mistaken the first option with season of audi is the A4 ULTRA.

if the numbers are the same as October the MF on ULTRA is 0.00049 which is significantly higher than the premium or premium plus which is 0.00015.

I test drove both of these options. both are great. but you can definitely feel the difference between the ULTRA which has 50 less hp than the regular.
so i recommend to test drive both before deciding which one you want.

given the difference in drive and the lower MF, I did NOT get the ULTRA. see my posts above for what I got.

the ULTRA has better mpg, but would only save you about $100/year in gas.

Also, I know a down payment is not recommended but how about the fees and like the bank fee and doc fee? Is it recommended to roll into the lease payment or pay up front?

It's based on the total lease payment - depreciation plus interest.

You can pay the fees up front, but any taxable fees you should roll into the lease. Up front, only the first payment and DMV costs should be paid.

Yes, that is correct. If something happens to the car during the lease, you won't have pre-paid those costs and gotten nothing in return.

If you have not signed the lease paperwork, you can still negotiate on the price.

What state is this?

The capped taxes, registration and doc fees do not total $2500.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - that should reveal where the disconnect is.

If you have not signed the lease paperwork, you can still negotiate on the price. What state is this? The capped taxes, registration and doc fees do not total $2500. Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - that should reveal where the disconnect is.

To get the rent charge I got, I added the fees to the cap cost. Your rent charge was based on the cap cost only. I thought we should be adding the fees to the cap cost? But to get the real rent charge, doesn't tax have to be added so that the calculation would be (cap cost + fees + residual cost + taxes)* money factor?

I guess what I really need is a break down of how the math is done so I know I am doing the correct steps.

The cap cost may already include the fees and taxes, so no need to add it in again. Dealer should be able to give you the number.
