Actually it looks like there are at least 2 additional dealerships within 45 minutes. Maybe I'll have them hold on placing the order until I better understand if anyone would agree to a money factor up front.

    Certainly can't hurt.

    Best of luck!

.00099 MF and 59% residual for top tier credit.

Next tier down adds .00040 to the money factor.

Can't calculate a payment without the MSRP and projected selling price.

    Good morning Michaell, I'm in the process of negotiating a deal with my local Audi Dealership;

Are the below questions enough to get answers back to bounce them off this forum to see if I'm getting a good deal?

1 - MF Rate and Residual Rate they are working with on the Audi
2- MSRP and Adjusted Cap Cost
3-Obviously the exact Model and packages
4-Is the First Payment Included in the deal
5-Are the acquisition fees, dealer fees and DMV fees included in payment along with applicable taxes
6-Is Audi Care included in payment as well.

    I'm I missing anything?

Can anyone tell me what the fees are that you pay up front in addition to a down payment? For example if the dealer quotes me $1795 initial payment does that mean $1000 is a down payment and $795 is acquisition (?) fee? Is it going to be the same at any Audi dealership?
    Thanks!

    DMV / license costs

Could easily totaled $1795 - or more, depending on the state.

The only variables in a lease are the MF and the adjusted cap cost. If they are using .00099 as the MF, then their cap cost must be about $1800 higher than what you've given me ($51/mo x 36 months). Confirm that number with the dealer, and see what they may have added to it.

Hello. First time here and researching my first lease. Hope I don't make any rookie mistakes. I'm looking at a 2017 A4 Premium FWD. Purchase price is 39,500 (dealer hints he will further discount this price), $2500 down, 36/10. I live in NV. My sales tax is 7.725%. I would appreciate any assistance.

$460 plus tax, using these numbers, assuming your $2500 covers first payment acquisition fee and anything else.

No... I would say they are marking up the money factor or adding other charges. That is way too big of a spread.

$2500 upfront and $474/mo. is not a cheap payment for a $41K vehicle.

The only way to improve on it is to negotiate a better selling price. Read back through this discussion to see what others have been able to get.

Hello, my '13 lease will be up in another month and looking to jump into to another - 2017 A4 Quattro. Current dealership is offering: $3k down $457 a month for 10k miles per year. Selling price is $42,905. What do you think of that? I'm looking for 12k/36 with $0 down - what should I expect to pay monthly? Thanks in advance.

    MSRP $39,400 - 2.0T Premium 4dr All-wheel Drive quattro

Not exactly sure what the $3,000 covers.

It looks like $42,905 is the MSRP not the $39,400 you list in your first sentence, right?

    .00099 MF and 59% residual for 36/12

If all of those fees are rolled into the $41,234, like you show, then the payment would be $474/mo.+tax.

But, with $3000 upfront? Assume $2500 goes to CAP cost reduction, then the payment should be $408/mo.+tax.
10K/yr would raise the residual by 1% and that payment would be $397/mo.+tax

I've noticed that some of the commenters have been able to get substantial discounts on their 2017 A4 ($2000 or more off MSRP). Could you possibly share how you were able to negotiate such a good deal on a 2017 model?

When I talked to the guy at the dealer, he said that they were so hot and new right now that there was no way they were going down and right now people are paying "above MSRP" for this vehicle. He did show me the MF/RV in his book and so I know that those won't be inflated, but I still need him to bring the cap cost down by more than $1000 (which Audi offers to everyone right now).

Any thoughts on this, community? Thanks!

Can you tell me what you think of this deal? 2017 A4 quattro S tronic, Premium Plus, Cold Weather package, S-line exterior.

    List $45,460
    Selling Price $43,460

    36 months
    15,000 miles
$0 down / no trade in
    Residual 57%
    Money Factor .00099

$710 due at delivery (incl first payment, doc fees, etc.)
$631 per month (includes sales tax)

I confirm the MF and residual.

With those prices, I get $556/mo before tax.

What state and tax rate is this?

What is the adjusted cap cost, since the money due at delivery isn't enough to cover all the up front costs?

Did you get a good deal? Be sure to come back and let us know! Post a pic of your new purchase or lease!
