I was at my local craft brewer on Friday night, and Blues Brothers was playing on the DVR. No sound, but with captions. Hilarious!

This was recently unearthed in Yakima, not terribly far from me, an area where cars don't age much if kept under cover. This car has apparently been off the road for at least 20 years. This is an early car, likely 1960-61. Great color combo, leather interior, center armrest, early type dash (under dash speaker), 220SE which is fuel injected - someone found a gem and is going to put it back on the road:

Got me scratching my head on this one. So a buyer reaches out, seller responds, seller receives an automated response back (out of office?), then seller doesn't reply back. This is pretty much the same email sequence I have at least twice a day at work.

When I was a little kid, my dad knew a guy who had a Sedan DeVille in that exact color combo, yellow on yellow. It wouldn't have been too old at the time, and I remember riding in it. Even as a kid I could tell how smooth and quiet it was, even in comparison to my mom's barge T-Bird.

The leather quality on 70s luxobarges appears to have generally been excellent.

I sadly really like this one. Very nice for one of these, but as a 6 cyl AT, price still seems ambitious. Yes I owned a a Gremlin at one point in my illustrious car career.

I would not mind a nice V8 stick one, though that can be scary. Probably safer to make it a hornet instead! And yes, I had one of those also.

That Lincoln has some pretty serious hardware.
Built 532, dual quads, 3.70 rear axle ratio.
Could be selling it because he got blown up by an Accord, though.

You all know I’d rock it. Having owned a stock one I can tell you if it breaks 6 seconds to 60 its probably darn right scary (and fun) to drive

The way the wheel wells protrude into the bed of that truck makes that seem rather less than useful too.

Probably why the car is on a trailer and not on the bed. Fintail will probably end up "stanced".

I see the Bullitt Mustang sold for 3.4 million dollars(plus 10% buyer's premium).
That's a lot of money.
No sure if it's going into a museum or a private collection.

$29K asking for a 1969 Mark III seems a bit much. But it is the rare model with:

Scirocco- Doesn't run... $4K firm..

MGA: You can find nice examples from $15K-$20K, all day long

Porsche: Too bad it's the AWD model.

I like those scirrocos. If it’s really the fuel pump, replace it, get it running, for ROI. or he knows something!

That Scirocco is in pretty rough shape, those seats are all wrong, I’d much rather put that money into a GTI.

Bright Bay Lincoln, almost went to look at a car there, but glad I didn't.
Porsche seems have had a lot of engine work for such low miles.

I love the C10 except for it being a long bed which makes the price a bit ambitious. Love the colors inside and out.

just looked at the VW pictures. Yeah, that thing is a rat and money pit. Going to need a ton of $$ in body work. Put a junkyard fuel pump in, get it running, and use it as is until it dies.

Nice car. Judging by the condition of the plastics and especially of the material on the firewall, assuming it is original, this could have the miles claimed (5 digit odometer).

This would probably bring 50% more than the NA market price on the continent, could go to a Euro bidder.

Drop a 403 in that '89 Electra wagon and you would have something worthwhile. It is a direct bolt-in.

I always had a strange affection for those Bronco IIs. as long as it has a manual. Not enough to actually look at or buy one of course. and if that Pinto had a stick I would actually think it was neat (I must have a wagon fetish),

and that Pacer could be a nice hot rod project for someone not interested in recouping investment, that has unique tastes. The wagon Pacer always to me looked a lot better proportioned. But must be a tight fit getting a V8 in there. Go all out, and stick a rotary in there (which is what the car was originally designed to have),

In terms of the reasonably priced ones there, the Córdoba looks remarkably good. And for some inexplicable reason, I like the Pinto wagon.
