No guesses as to what happen next month.

Lease deals are as good as I've seen them on the Outback.

Yes, 36/12 on the 2.5i Limited is 66% and .00100. So, residual is down but so is the MF.

No incentives on Subaru ... have you seen how well they sell?

Is the money factor always more 24 months versus 36 months. Seems to be a pretty significant difference. If so what is the rational behind this and is this negotiable?

This is the base MF. Cannot go any lower. Subaru is encouraging 36 month leases with these numbers.

Then what is the total amount due at signing?
If it's $1850, then it can't all be going to CCR, as you have to make the first payment out of that.
Or, find out the adjusted CAP cost.

So, did they add the $1500 to the CAP cost, or did they reduce the residual by that amount? Looks like a residual reduction? Is the 60% residual number an approximate?
