If this is in CA, then the tax amount doesn't matter - CA taxes the monthly payment on a lease.

The seller was explaining what the adjusted cap cost is rather than giving me an actually number, and I just completely got lost in what he was saying. Down payment amount covers 1st month and fees

Adjusted cap = negotiated selling price plus any fees you aren't paying up front less any down payment you make.

Dealers love to confuse customers.

Hi, I got a negotiated deal that I did not take yesterday and wanted to post for comments. I do not have specific number break done. It was a 2017 Honda accord sedan EX-L. The final number he would not budge from was $ 329 a month (including 6% tax FL), 15k miles year, 0 due at signing. (sign and drive)
I did not take it because Im going to find a 2016 to lower the monthly more.
just looking for comments on the deal

I believe the sicker was 30400. not exact but close. I'm going to try for a 2016 this coming week cause i want to be under 300 a month. honda accord sedan EX-L 4cyl.
I saw .00038 and 53% in other posts, is that correct for florida now.

i am confused. typically there is a few dollar difference between my local OH dealer and weymouth (boston) - they both post their lease deals online. Currently on 2017 accords there is at least a $30 difference which is about 1080 on a std 36 mo lease. Is it possible my local dealer is excluding the lease cash or is that regional?

So far as we know, the numbers are national. Weymouth may be discounting from sticker more, before applying the lease cash.

The dealer I spoke to today on the phone said he believed it to be $500 this month.

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive and not published anywhere. Use that knowledge to negotiate your best price.

And, it's $1000 lease cash and $500 bonus lease cash - your dealer is only telling you part of the story.
