This is the quote I have from one of the dealer. Does this make sense? This is after several back n forth over email for negotiating selling price.

Any way I can reduce it further? I will be paying $2397 drive off amount upfront.

Dealer immediately agree on this....anything I should worry about?

I'm within a couple of dollars of that quote - pretty substantial discount from sticker.

However, I'd recommend cutting the down payment down to the registration and first month only (total:$681) and have a monthly payment of roughly $224/mo.

There is no Touring model for the 4-cylinder
55%/53% residual for EXL/EXLNAV for 36/12.
All other numbers are the same.

What trim level is this? Dealer cannot alter the residual value.

Get the adjusted cap cost from the dealer - if higher than the sale price (and I'm certain it is), find out what's been added.

There is $1000 dealer cash + $500 bonus lease cash on this model. I'm guessing you can do a lot better on the sales price.

So, you have $1000 negative equity?
+$595 acq.fee
+ $1000 tax?
+ 200 DMV/doc fees?
+ $355 first payment?
Adding $3150 to the $23950 sale price = $27,100 adjusted CAP.
I get $344/mo.

Ask for the actual adjusted CAP cost.

Spot on, to the penny, assuming 9% sales tax.

If you're comfortable with the selling price, you're good to go.

For comparison, the weymouth price on that model is 244 + tax so you did very well.

I just got 2017 Honda Accord EX lease for $295 a month (18,000 miles a year for 36 months). $295 is out of the door (after sales tax of 6%). Truly $0 due at signing.

Could you help me figure out if I got a good deal or should have squeezed another $10-20 out of them?
