Yes, the Honda programs are national. My guess is that the incentive is already baked into whatever price they've given you.

Try working with other dealers - the competition between them should get you the best price.

MSRP for sports SE is at 27050 and cap cost I got from two dealers are at $24,000 range. Is that a decent deal for 17 sports SE? I've seen other poster received $2000 incentives from $24k... Wish there is a dealer who can just give me a clear cut price without trying to take adv of people. It's tough when there's only 2 Honda dealer within 300 miles.

Hi! I just received an email today from one of the dealerships I've been dealing with (luckily there are four within 20 miles). They had offered me a payment of $289 a month for my Accord EX with them paying the remaining $867 on my 2014 Sport. Today they offered me $269 for the same 36 month deal with them still paying off my sport. My question is two-fold. First, can it can any better on Black Friday? Second, are the deals even better at the end of December? I'm in no rush to make the deal, and by the way I emailed this current offer to the other dealership giving them an opportunity to step up and beat it or offer something additional. It's Saturday, but so far no answers.

Hi again! Now I'm definitely pulling the trigger! I had one of the four dealerships that I've been getting prices from answer my email showing the lower rate offered by another dealership, which was $269 a month for 36 months, which included paying my $867 owed on my 2014 Accord Sport. The competitive dealership offered me $259 a month for 35 months, and they will pay the first month, AND it includes paying off my prior lease. This is the best I've seen in my three months of negotiating. I'm looking at leasing my new ride on Friday.

Numbers are .00045 and 53% (Base) or 51% (EX-L). $1250 lease cash and $750 bonus cash.

With the prices you've shared, I get $307/mo before tax. Close to your quote, but I don't see tax referenced anywhere. IL taxes the sum of the payments and collects it up front, I believe.

I'm trading in a suv that I owe $27,200 and they are giving me $25,000 so I have $2200 negative equity but my state, MD, I only pay taxes on the difference of the sales price and trade value- 6% of $4000. 

Using $1000 down he's getting a lease payment of $440 per month
I'm getting $390

Let's leave the trade out of the equation for a moment.

36/12 lease numbers on the EX-L Nav are .00045 and 53%.

With the MSRP and selling price you've given, I get $330.

If we add the tax ($240) and the negative equity ($2200) to the selling price, the payment goes to $398/mo.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the $31,420 that I've calculated, find out what else has been added. I'll assume the $1000 up front covers the acquisition fee ($595) and the first payment. DMV costs? Where are those?

The title, lien and registration (dmv fees) are another $400.  So I'm assuming  $1400 down should get me $398 per month on the EX-L V6 WITH NAV?  Also, out of curiosity what are the residuals in MD for these 2 accords as well? both with 36/12k

Question - picked up a new Accord on Friday but not sure about Lease Agreement.
Inception fees that were negotiated were $1,265 - which was what i paid at signing.
But Lease Agreement had printed inception fees due of 1,958. The dealer said the remainder will be paid by them. Does this make any sense or should i be worried I will get charged for the rest of the balance?

With $0 down ..per month payment coming out to be $279 , 36months/15000 miles, STATE= MD

I don't have the RV and MF used in his calculations, Dealer said he may get me additional discount. Can you please provide your expert comment on this quote?  Is this a good deal?
