Lease term 39/12
Dealer quoting $715.89 per month with $3400 upfront (inception fees, taxes, first month).

I know it's best to leave taxes in monthly payment and can renegotiate but wanted to see how this deal looks as is? Also, can you please tell me what the MF and Residual are for October in NJ? Should there be more than $3k in Volvo cash?

Any insight into if Volvo might offer more money in November? Do you think it's worth waiting? Thank you.

FWD or AWD?

If the loaner is eligible for the new car lease program, then the residual will be reduced to account for the current mileage. But, it might not be eligible. Seems that a lot of Volvo loaners aren't eligible for leasing.

The difference is the $1390 in fees that are added in.

Here is the issue

53195 is MSRP
50063 is negotiated price (which is invoice price)
2028.33 are taxes which include fees (fees including Bank, 1st month & DMV is $1,092.50)
no downpayment but I did leave a 1000 refundable deposit to build the car so that will be used toward the bank, 1st month and DMV).
assuming incentives are still 3000 that puts my adjusted cap cost around

Using the $53,195 as the MSRP, and $47,999 as the adjusted cap cost, I get $631/mo.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using; they may also be marking up the MF for more profit.

We prefer that you limit your out of pocket costs to just the first payment and DMV costs.

First of all thank you Michal and Kyfdx for all your advice and support, as well as all those who shared their deals. I was FINALLY able to close the deal on 2017 Volvo XC90 R-Design. I think I could have done a little better, but I really loved this particular XC90 and it was very hard to find one like this on the east coast (wanted dealership to be closer to me). Let me share what I was able to get on October 30th, Sorry I am posting this a little late.
