What should the residual value and money factor be on a 2017 xc90 momentum? I got quoted .00118 and 55% for 39months. Let me know if that is good or not. The cars sticker price is $66,140 and they are discounting it to $57,300. The lease payment comes to $679.29 after tax. Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Hey, visited local Volvo dealship today for XC90 and received below offer:
2017 T6 Momentum with plus and convenience package
MSRP 60,260 with sale price 53,250 after discounts
39 moth lease, 677.43 (before tax) monthly payment, on 12K
Money factor 0.00135, upfront charge 961.43
RV 32,994.60
Is this good deal, or the money factor seem too high?
Trying to make decision before the year end as specials may expire after Jan-2.
Please advise and thanks a lot!!

To get that RV quoted, your MSRP would have to be $59,990.
That's a small difference, though.

That's also a small markup to the money factor. Usually, when dealers markup, they take a bigger bite.

Using your numbers, I get $636/mo.+tax.
Of course, your $961 isn't enough to pay for acquisition fee, etc.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and see how it matches up the sale price, and what's included. That's a spread of about $1500 between the payments.

We don't see any lease incentives. It's possible that you can't lease this car for a reasonable price, any longer.
