The $3000 Volvo Allowance may be a dealer incentive, which means they don't have to disclose it.
The incentive is national.

One thing to ask before you deal on this vehicle: When does the warranty expire? It's possible that the dealer showed the car as "sold" to Volvo, to collect and end-of-model-year incentive. If they did, the warranty clock may already be running, and then it truly isn't worth any more than a really low mile used unit.
