North Jersey resident here.
I'm using the edmund's calculator to calculate a 2017 ILX base model and if I'm starting with a cap cost of 22,150 as tmorganna515 on Aug 4th wrote, I assume this 22,150 is already using the cap cost reduction of $5,000 coming from the total lease incentive right?

What are the current incentives for Northern New Jersey (zipcode 07071) for a base 2017 ILX? Is it the same as South Jersey at 0.00056 @ 49% for 36/10? What about 36/12? Should I just be demanding the dealerships for these rates if so?

Yeah.. it looks terrible. $870 of crap added to the price, as well.

But, that's not really a true lease quote. The numbers listed in the left column are for a purchase. Tax is collected on the payment on a lease, not upfront, and there is no mention of the acquisition fee, money factor or residual.

To make any sense of it, you need the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization.
(and, probably, some competition from other dealers)

I was able to get a lease quote from a different dealer. They are providing a $6,902 discount including the $5,000 rebate. They have told me that the MF is (.00011). He says that the "Tx accessory" is Tint, Body side molding, and Wheel Locks... not sure about that. I have asked to see the $2,500 broken down. Do you think I can do any better on the selling price?

I can't get that to add up.

If I add up the non-capped fees, CAP reduction and 1st payment, I only get $1936.96. Even throwing in $100 to cover tax on the CAP reduction won't get us to $2500. I'd want an explanation of that discrepancy.

Other than that, the numbers are correct.
Though you are paying $799 for tinted windows.
Wheel locks are useless. Who puts on body side moldings, any more?

Thank you for your help. I leased a base ILX 12k/36 in NJ with $0 due at signing for $250/mo. MSRP was $28,930, SP: $21,168 (incl. $5000 lease incentives). I couldn't get the number to calculate properly, however, but pulled the trigger anyway. Could you kindly run the numbers to see what mistake I made? Thank you.

Yes, $2000 upfront and $200/mo. thereafter would be a great deal for a 36/12 lease.

would $260/ month with 200 out of pocket at signing (plus first month) be a good deal in light of current mfr incentive (I believe $5,000). All taxes included in those numbers.

This was for a friend of mine. Only first month payment was due at signing. He ended up getting from a different dealer. $285/ month 7% tax included 10k miles per year.

Has any information regarding November numbers been released yet? I see on the Acura website they are still running the $199/month with $2,499 due at signing until 1/2/18. I think the terms of that deal shows a 48% residual. Wasn't sure if MF or lease incentives or anything else has changed.
