Audi tends to set their RV to the actual value of the car at lease end. Their competitors will inflate the RV to lower the payment, but then the payoff value is much higher than the actual value at the end of the lease.

If I add the negative equity and an $895 acquisition fee to the sale price, then deduct the total CAP reduction, I get an adjusted CAP of $59,500 and a pre-tax payment of $765.42

Either my estimates of the adjusted CAP are wrong, or they are marking up the money factor.
I'd ask them for both of those numbers (adjusted CAP and money factor)

Audi tends to 'realistically' set their residual values - the actual value of the vehicle at the end of the lease will likely be much closer to the residual value in the lease contract.

The numbers are from Audi Financial Services.
They are confidential dealer numbers. If they tell you the information isn't true, then that should be a sign that your dealer is lying to you.

May I make a suggestion? Instead of asking questions about a bunch of different models, you should go take a test drive or three.

A good lease deal isn't so good if you don't like the car you end up with.
