The front Honda may be an S90 like the one I rode in high school. Wish the picture was clearer, the other Honda looks like a bigger one, likely a twin, but can't tell what model.
I'm trying to figure out if the car in the backgound on the right, you can see the roof peeking out just beyond the BMW in the foreground. It has a domestic wagon look to me.

Good luck with that!
I was going to say there was a Lada on top of the pile until I saw the date was 1974. That would make it a Fiat 124 sedan, which sounds about right. The Soviets bought the design and I believe a lot of the tooling from Fiat to go into the car business. Unfortunately they picked the wrong car.
Back in Germany I think I see the wagon explorer mentions - I almost can imagine there being a Rambler Cross Country in that, but there's so much low resolution clutter that it's hard to say. Doorless/frontless VW notchback beside that, There is a 4 cyl MB Ponton in front of the pile with the Fiat on top, in the pile with a luggage rack looks like a Volvo Duett and a DKW 3=6 type model beside it. Shame about the Peugeot, those are pretty cars.
green Corolla followed by a bash bumper Maverick. The rams on that car did it no favors. And a 58 Chevy terrorizing a little red car.
Black Ford Rancero.
and in the alley, looks like a white Porsche 914 pulling in behind a green TR6 Triumph.
I remember when the Feds proposed the 5 mph bumper standard; Ford endorsed it. I was hoping that their engineers had a trick up their sleeve to make the bumpers look attractive. Boy was I wrong; Ford didn't even make a token attempt to integrate the bumpers- they just slapped a piece of guardrail on each end and called it a day.
Yeah, they were all pretty bad but for whatever reason, Ford seemed to have the worst, most protruding ones. I remember our '74 Maverick had the license plate mount in the rear bumper and the factory bracket for it protruded a couple of inches below the bumper itself. Whenever you'd pull into a steep driveway the bottom of the bracket would make contact with the road surface and bend the license plate. Ooops.
MGB, barge Pontiac (Granville?) and a BMW Bavaria on the far curb. Hornet 2 door heading away from the camera. In front of what looks like an English Ford wagon.
Back to Prince Rupert maybe one last time for awhile, appears to be mid 60s, image might be from a postcard via the resolution but zooms enough to pick out several:

I believe those 5 mph were required not to have damage after controlled impact. That isn't the case today.

On the bumper subject, MB did it to the point where it seems like they were kind of making a parody.
