not totally sure if years are decipherable but i'll just take a guess at 1968.

    It's a 1971 Alfa-Romeo 1750 Berlina and I doubt I could tell it from a '68

Interesting that the 58 Buick (Limited I think) appears to be a post sedan.

The first "4-door coupe"! Looks like they were trying to conceal the fact that it had four doors.

I'll take the two 57 Ford Fairlanes. I think next to the yellow and white one might be a 59 Ford.

Yep, 59 Fairlane beside the 57 Ford.

Interesting thing about the DKW 1000--it's a pillarless hardtop, a rarity among Euro cars. The Auto Union 1000 was identical from that angle but I don't think the
5-ring version was exported to the USA.

If that's a 4-post sedan the stylists did a great job of making look like a h/t.

Not all that long ago I spotted both a 2dr post upper level Edsel and a 4dr post Imperial from somewhere in the latter 50's. They aren't that common, but they are around. Personally, I kind of like them because of all that glimmering greenhouse chrome! Although the comparable hardtops often have chrome around their window edges, the posts bring it out all the better.

The newest car is obviously the barely visible '59 Ford in the upper right, the oldest the two-tone Mopar lower left. From the chrome trim I'd guess it isn't a Dodge or Plymouth so likely a DeSoto or Chrysler 1949-51. Anyone got a closer ID?

I can never accurately discriminate between the 49-51 Lincolns., but I'll guess 1949. Not a car you see very often.

I don't see that, but while I think they are nice looking cars but it's not hard to see how Cadillac Division put Lincoln in the shade.

That convrtible looks like a'49 Lincoln. In 1950, they made the grille more horizontal.

I agree, the Cadillac is more modern-looking.

One course says that only 1230 1949 Lincoln convertibles were built. You see these for sale from time to time. Probably a very tasty driver would be in the $40K range, give or take.

    volvo s70. 98-2000.
Tough to tell model. Based on the wheels, I'm guessing it is a base non-turbo. Cold weather pack, as tipped off by the headlight wipers, and premium package (moonroof).

I'll go with Volvo 940. Probably mid-90's. The spoiler makes me believe it's a Turbo.

Definitely an s70. I have had 2 of them. I know it definitely is not a T5 because those had special 17" turbo wheels. I am not sure on the GLT wheel options.

Yup, the Volvo S70 was the car that, to me, asked the question: why does anyone buy an Olsmobile or Buick when they could get this? I was not that impressed by Volvos in general but there was something about the S70 that was just right.

Fantastic car, IMHO. Hell, only car I bought twice, so that says something. 98 was the one to have. The '99-'00 were a bit heavier and switched over to a problematic ETM. I should have kept my T5 forever. Hind sight. Oh well.

This looks like a VW type 183 Iltis - late 70's early 80's. It was used by a few European armies including the West Germans and I think the Dutch but rarely for civilian use as it was too expensive. Thousands have come on sale since it was pensioned off from the forces, of course.

Yup, a rarity but an influential one since Quattro AWD is based on the system used in the Ilitis.

Yup, that's exactly what it is, a small number of 1962-63 DB4s got these Zagato bodies instead of the usual Touring bodies, note the Z under the side vent. This design did not get the usual "double bubble" roof that characterized most Zagato styling of the era.

Correct. Apparently the Cascada is selling pretty well and mostly to retail buyers rather than fleets. They're going to introduce a broader range of colors in 2018.

Not to mention for the late unlamented Sebring. I've seen very few Cascadas so I was surprised to read that they're selling well. Most of the ragtops I see are Mustangs, Camaros
and Miatas (they're the ones w the top down).
