CAP cost would have to around $18,400 to get that payment.
Considering the $595 acquisition fee, that's a discount of over $2500.
Looks like a great deal.

I'd roll the tax into the payment. $2.86/mo. per $100 added to the CAP cost.

You'll have to pay the first payment at signing, and we recommend paying any non-taxable state fees (DMV costs, for example) as well. Everything else (acquisition fee, dealer fee), roll into the lease.

No incentives on 2017 Civic, yet.

Yes, you can trade out of your lease - but, those last 3 payments will have to be taken care of. Often, they are added into the new lease.

Any reason you can't wait until March? I don't think the deals will change all that much on the Civic.
