I agree with all the numbers, and yeah.. it looks like they are rolling in the first payment, but then still asking you to make it. I don't get that.

Current Honda programs are good through the end of February. Honda reserves the right to change them, however.

Using the MSRP and Total drive out prices, I get $323/mo.

What state is this?

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - I don't see mention of the $595 acquisition fee anywhere.

And, I don't understand how their quote can be a range...

The biggest driver to the lease price is the discount from sticker you negotiate.

There may be incentives for purchase that don't apply to leasing.

And, with leasing, there is a $595 acquisition fee added into the deal.

And, just so you know, in GA leases are taxed against the entire selling price; in NC, the tax is levied against the monthly payment only. That will make leasing in GA more expensive.
