Hoping I can get an opinion on a quote I received yesterday, 10/2/17 in Pennsylvania 19122

Civic LX sedan cvt, 36 mo lease
selling price: $17, 165 (MSRP 20,415)

down payment (10K/12K miles):$481 / $487
Residual (10k/12k): 58%/57%
MF: .0006

monthly Payment (10k/12k) : $198.59 / $204.64

I dont have much time to shop around at other dealers, so its difficult for me to assess this deal

If I add the $595 acquisition fee, I get $188/mo.+tax
Assuming 10% tax = $206/mo.

Pretty close to your $204, as I rounded.

That looks like a good deal to me. If you think you'll drive over 10K/yr,. be sure to take the 12K/yr allowance. Those are cheap miles if you take the allowance upfront.

I was quoted the following:
2017 Civic LX, 36mo/12k miles with $1k down payment for $192/month
RV was 57%. They haven't run my credit yet, but this was the info they presented to start off.

Not to my knowledge, though if you don't have an established credit history, the MF could be higher.

What would be ideal monthly payment for Honda civic 2017 EX and EX-T with $0 down assuming it's .00060 and 57% and 12,000 miles/ 36 months? If I get a ballpark, It would be easy for me to work with.

And also is it better to wait for 2018 Civic or should I go for '17 since there isnt any big change?

Would need to know the MSRP and negotiated selling price in order to model a payment.

The lease programs are much better for the 2017's, this month.

The $1300 is a dealer incentive. They don't have to disclose it.
What state/tax rate?
What is the adjusted CAP cost?
