    The one big caveat was that this was a CPO vehicle (former loaner) with 7,200 miles on it. The dealer deducts this from the residual value of the vehicle in an amount of $0.15/mi.
    When I penciled this out, it effectively changed the RV to 52.8% - to which the dealer offered an extra $1,000 lease cash to make up for it (made sense). Net Cap Cost after discounts, fees, and all taxes rolled in was $45,515.

    Original offer from dealer based on their initial parameters was $550/mo

    Final Deal (after some additional back and forth)
    -$488/mo with $0 down (with exception of 1st months rent - so technically $488 down)

    ON a 2017 Disco HSE with 8k miles do you have numbers for Land Rover Single-Payment Leases?

    One dealer quoting a MF of .00051 said the MF was already too low to receive consideration for Single Payment Quote, then another in another state, sends a deal with MF of .00026 who says it is.

    These guys are confusing!

    RV on .00051 Deal is $26,763.30 on just under 8k miles.
    (No Sum of Payments Provided_

    RV on .00026 Deal is $24,535.08 on just over 8k miles.
    (Sum of Payments for Single-Pay: $21,419.61, includes sale taxes)

    Both are using 56% RV, less miles to arrive at above two numbers.

    But, the MF in either case is marked up from .00001

    Santa Edmunds helped us take delivery of a '17 Disco Sport HSE Demo on 12/27 from a N. Virginia Dealer after a long drive from N. Ohio. All negotiations took place via e-mail, texts and phone. Used lease software to practice on other Dealers in six different states before finalizing.

    Deal dependent upon acceptable Test Drive upon arrival to dealership.

    Details:
    MSRP: $48,950.00
    Price: Sub $40k (When all Incentives included)
    MF: .00001
    RV: 56% less @4,650 miles
    Rebate: $1,000.00, wiped out Dealer Fees.
    No Cash, No Down Payment, Full Original Warranty for 39/10 lease.

    Originally Calculated to: $421.50/month, then
    Finance Manager did some magic while we sat discussing recipes for Maryland Crab Cakes...

    Out-the-door, with two sets of keys, for @$416.00 (Includes 8.0% taxes) first month, and nothing more! (My calcs were closer to $378/month)
