Yes it is a 36 month lease.

.00020 MF and 61% residual on the CVT model. $60% residual on the stick.

That would assume a CAP cost of about $18,700, which would imply sale price of $18,100, before adding $595 acquisition fee.

So, $1100 discount. Which is decent. If the manual has a lower MSRP, that would make up for the 1% lower residual. Watch out for "TTL", to make sure they aren't adding any extra charges.

24/15 - 59% and .00265
36/15 - 54% and .00030

(hint, the 36 month term is way better )

Assuming you want 36 months, the numbers are 57% and .00040.

Tier 2 adds .00025 to the MF

1. is it about the same for the Limited model?

2. I've searched around trying to understand why Subaru offers such a low Money Factor. Is this in part because they do not typically offer "$1,500 off" ect.. like most other manufacturers? I'm sure this is a complicated question but I'm just trying to educate myself. I can't figure it out. My current BMW X1 = crazy money factor, which I'm sure is a terrible example. I know I'm over simplifying it here a bit, But if I lease $26,000 with a .00040 MF (.096%) for 36 mo, with the 57% residual, and buy it at lease end I'm nearly at a better total cost of the Car rather then paying 2.49% on that 26,000 over 60 months.

Or am I missing something with Subaru? i.e. they tack on a bunch of other fees onto their leases somewhere? Maybe where it would cost me more is with that higher interest rate I would pay on financing whatever that residual is at lease end.

New programs came out on March 1st, but we haven't seen them yet.

You can't look at money factors in a vacuum. Lease programs are put together to generate a monthly payment that the marketers think will sell cars. A combination of money factor, residual and incentives result in a monthly payment. Whether they want to front-load with incentives, or back-load with high residuals is something for the bean counters to decide.

Also, I got my "exclusive True Car offer" from a participating True Car dealer in Montana and it sure seemed far from "exclusive" with a whole $779 off MSRP. According to True Car numbers very few buyers paid that much. Most were another $1,000+ lower. Are the True Car numbers real?

It's for top tier credit. You can't get any lower than that. The dealer may attempt to increase the rate, for extra profit.
